I made a mistake

I made a mistake
I made a mistake by selecting purchase on Daraz, but there was a scam then it redirected to other web store. I make a purchase there and it was for account opening. So I didn't purchased something but instead I purchase an account. Then I asked for refund from support help center. From customer services Imani contacted me for refund and asked me to give an honest review. So I'm giving an honest review. If I got my account opening fee back, I would be highly thankful for Imani From Escalation team. Thank you

I´m been honest

The agent helped with my doubts, but my global experience on this website was not good. I´m cancelling my membership, however, I just received an email offering me a refund. So, in my honest opinion, besides my bad experience, the costumer support system is good and effective!.

SCAMMERS!!!!!!

SCAMMERS!!!!!!! They will do a too good deal to be true and if you fall for it you will then be put on to a subscription service without your knowledge and will then take ages to sort you out to unsubscibe and refund you avoid at all costs
