In date 11th April I placed an order in Riyal currency and I was shown that it would cost 42 Riyals, which was mentioned as a gift or offer. Based on this information, I proceeded with the payment of 42 Riyals.
However, I was unexpectedly charged more than 42 Riyals, and an additional amount of around 133.52 Riyal (in my local currency) was also deducted from my account.
Due to this incorrect and unexpected deduction, I am very concerned and I believe there may be an issue or misunderstanding with the billing But in 14th April again deduct 184.69 Riyal from my Account.
For this reason, I am requesting a review of this transaction and a refund of the extra amount charged. I also want to inform you that I am closing my account due to this issue.
I kindly request you to investigate this matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

I signed up for what was presented as a trial, which was then automatically converted into a paid subscription without clear and transparent notice.

When I raised the issue, the company responded and offered a full refund — however, this was conditional on me deleting my review, which I find inappropriate and unprofessional.

While I appreciate that a refund was eventually offered, customers should not be asked to remove honest feedback in exchange for getting their money back. Transparency and fair practices should come first.

I would advise others to be very careful when signing up and to read all terms closely.

Do not be fooled by the high ratings here. Hikewander (Brutano Limited) is a classic Subscription Trap. I requested a full cancellation and refund for unauthorized charges, and the company responded with a blatant bribe scheme.

Their "Escalation Team" (Elsa) claimed my refund was approved but is essentially keeping my money held hostage—they explicitly stated they will only process the compensation after I post a 4 or 5-star review. This is a clear attempt to manipulate their TrustScore and a direct violation of Trustpilot’s guidelines.

Furthermore, instead of canceling my account as requested, they secretly switched me to a "Starter Mini Membership" for €8.74 just to keep a "legal" foot in the door to my bank account. This is fraudulent behavior.

I have already reported this merchant to my bank and local authorities. I will update this review ONLY if a full refund is actually received in my bank account. Until then, consider this a high-risk scam.
