Very useful experience

I requested this company to cancel subscription as soon as they debited my bank account. They sent a message stating they would refund the money. There after they took a second amount, putting my account into insufficient funds, this costs me a fee everytime they do this. I am not interested in being subscribed to them, also their fees are in USD I get a small pension in SAR (South African Rand).

they addressed my concern i hope they will resolve it.

In the start I thought they don't gonna my money back, but they really give it back to me thanks for all who emailed me to help.
