Everything is fine. There is only one problem. To exchange or change the size, you have to pay postage, and I don't think this is good at all
paid for delivery to my house, received message that my order would be delivered Wednesday , stayed in all day , then at 6pm received a message from dhl to say order had been delivered to pick up point. Not pleased because then had to get a train and walk 2 km to pick it up .
Most of the orders I receive are nice, but some do not fit. I tend not to return them due to the delivery fee. Since I am a frequent buyer, there should be a free delivery option. For example, after purchasing a certain amount of items, the next deliveries should be free.

Beware! Seemingly overnight their customer service has disappeared. There used to be a hotline, however it’s disconnected and now they don’t even respond to emails.

I’ve been shopping at Otrium (Germany) for at least a year with multiple orders.
This is very unlike them, which is why I’m wondering if they have gone out of business?
whenever it says there is a return label inside a box , ,,I never had it. two orders made ,and I was very stressed finding the returning info, not possible on the app, not possible to use a label which is missing. not easy to get the right e-mail, first response took like 5 days because of weekends and 1 public holiday. I was afraid I can't even return. and one blouse was definitely a bit scratched or originally a defect, or because it was placed from package to other packaging often.
I did order 2 bathing suit,1 dress,1 wrap top and a short from Shimy brand,I did keep one bathing suit,dress was great colour but cut too large for me,I did request a return label for the bathing suit,the wrap top and short as well as one bathing suit,I was advised yesterday that they had refunded me and it will take couple of days.
I will order again from them.

I had a misshipment, worng article was sent. Customer service need 3 to 4 business days to answer e mails. So far my problem is not solved

Are they going crazy?! Paid 14 euro for delivery because i returned one thing??? They took 6 euro while placing order and also they took from money amount of return!! Big lie!! Never again placing order by them and be warned that if u want return they will take again almost 7 euro!
