I do have a return label and Cannot get ahold of anyone there to get a new one. They also don't post their return address ANYWHERE!!!!!!!!
Appalling website. Very clunky. Just spent a couple of hours choosing items in the latest sale, only to find that actually, they're not available for me to buy here in the UK, with no previous indication. A waste of hours my time. And nothing to show for it. Very disappointing.
Returned an item, but have had no communication or refund. Tried to submit an inquiry but it is literally impossible as the submit button doesn't work on the site and there is no other contact method.
Flawless experience.
Order delivered in few days.
Unfortunately items did not fit.
I sent them back and got refund day after.
I will order again.

Could someone from Otrium PLEASE issue my refund for the item I returned? It's VERY BAD business practice these days, with the countless number of online discount sites, to have a non-woking customer service number, emails that go unanswered, and chats that don't work! Customers should be kept at ease when ordering and returning items with emails/texts/calls that notice of your return has been reived, date the item is received and at approximately what date a refund can be expected. My credit card was charged straight away after my purchase on Otrium. Why then is it radio silence when items are returned? I fear I may never get my money back!
Online order made September 18, 2023 (credit card charged immediately!!!)
Order received and returned using FedEx return label. With tracking, it was confirmed that the item was delivered back to the warehouse in Ohio I assume on October 6, 2023.
NO WORD FROM OTRIUM confirming receipt, processing, and approximate timing of refund.
Shame on you for having such horrendous business practices when there is so much software available to help with your customer interface!

I'm trying to get through to the Customer Service phone number +1(855)214-8300, and each time the line disconnects without getting through to a person. The online chat doesn't work, and I am unable to submit a request on their website-- the "submit" button doesn't work. I finally emailed someone via their LinkedIn Profile-- we'll see if I get a reply!
I am kind of nervous bc I ordered a dress and the tracking says that it was supposed to be delivered today but when I check the tracker it also says that the package is still in OHIO. So I am not sure if this place is legit. by the way it is 9:30 pm sep 27th.

It was once a good store. Now there are fewer and fewer good brands, expensive. Before the shares raise prices! You have to pay for delivery and return! With so many unknown brands and sizes! Product Description - no!

Why would any company use Evri as a delivery/returns courier? I am trying to return a parcel back to Otrium,
Contact Evri for a collection, yes pick up Monday, never happened…..but check on Evri website and yes they did collect it (according to them) So try to contact Evri (by the way if you call on a mobile they charge you £6.00 for the pleasure) on the website filled in a form and it said that they would get back to me……it’s now Wednesday and nothing! Also emailed Otrium and nothing…..So I thought I would re- book collection
And now they don’t recognise my address????? I like Otrium but will not use them again until they change courier companies. Very disappointed and frustrated

I placed an order last week. It was accepted and payment was made. A few days later, I was notified that my order was cancelled and that a refund would be made within a few days. A refund was made, but in a lesser amount than was charged. I was given a coupon code for a reduction on my next purchase. I placed another order, with the coupon code, but I noticed right away that it was not applied, so I tried to cancel the order one minute later. I discovered that I needed to call. I tried four different 'customer service' numbers, none of which would answer. I wrote to the company about the attempt to cancel the order. Their response was that it had already been packed (even though I notified them of the cancellation one minute after the order had been placed). How could that be? I questioned again and was told that I will receive the order and that I will have to pay to return it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY !!!

My package was mailed out to a PO Box by lasership which doesn’t actually ship to PO Boxes. The shipping company needs a physical address from Otrium to forward the package but their customer service is not replying at all. I can not get anyone from Otrium to answer me so that the package can be delivered. Emails are ignored and website chat doesn’t seem to work.

False Advertising of promo.
Bought several items during their 20% off promo, they had a technical glitch on their end and I couldn't apply the promo. No big deal, I thought, I will call them and apply the promo discount to my order they way every other online company does! A week and 6 emails later, they said No Way, even though it was their technology that failed, they won't apply the promo. They don't care about the customer experience at all. Really awful experience. They offered me 25% off a future order which is worthless since you can't apply the discount to items that are already discounted. Nightmare.

Stay away from this shop!
Everything about this website is bad, bad, bad. The worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. They advertise a coupon code which does not work, you have to pay for both delivery AND returns and they take weeks to process your returns. Their contact form does not work and they disabled both chat support and email support.
I repeat: DO NOT order from this website and let's make them die out. There are much better alternatives to this abomination (zalando lounge, about you outlet, outletcity etc). Save yourself of the anger and look somewhere else (PS: their prices are not better than the alternatives).

Bad experience by handling here. Dont trust this website if you buying from abroad. Very bad customer support. KEEP IN MIND to pay by PayPal if you should anyway buy from them and complain through PayPal if there is complication.
The quality of cloth is very poor and different then you see them on website.
I was luck and paypal got all my money back from them. :-)
