I had 2 trades open and hedging them
I had 2 trades open and hedging them. So it was a test with a small account.
The next morning the account was blown and had a negative balance. That was second negative experience with Osprey. the other was an account blown up by a very large spread during a news report

just giving this a 1 star as ive seen the negative reviews and hate scammers. ive got a demo account with them. their commision seems rather large and eats profit and accentuates losses massively.

2-step Google Authentication confusion
I could not figure out how to log back in using 2-step Google Authentication and they helped me get back in and understand what I did wrong. They also answered other questions, and sent me a few links to learn from. Their security clearances are tight (and relentless), which, once I got through them all I really appreciated and is why I gave them a 5 Star rating. Great customer service (via the Live Agent).
