What in the world! I have been trying to get my money out of their group and the it will say, I'm sorry, it's been three days, and now you have to try again. And if my money is there, they're going to charge me. This is the absolute worst company.

Thanks to the team on my profile photo, I finally got justice and recovered my hard-earned money from a fraudulent company

I connected OspreyFx for help but i never received a response there customer service is non existent.

OspreyFX left me feeling let down. The spreads were way bigger than what they said, and it ended up costing me more to trade. Don't try any one.

My experience has not been bad until I participated in a funded challenge and passed both stages. It has been about 2 weeks, and I still have not received my funded account details. I get the same generic messages when reaching out to customer service stating they are reaching out to the appropriate department for update and that it is still under review. Not acceptable at all. It should not take 2 weeks to review someone's account for a funded challenge. I believe it is a bunch of BS and would not do business with them. Please be cautious. If you have a live account...keep it small. They can't be trusted obviously.

OspreyFx claims to offer competitive spreads, but I've consistently faced slippage during volatile markets. It's incredibly frustrating to lose money because of this.

I was disappointed with OspreyFx because their spreads seemed higher than advertised, which affected my trading costs a lot.

Catherine was Awesome. She was courteous and very knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns/issues, gave an explanation, and provided resolution in a timely manner. Thanks Catherine. You are AMAZING!

I was inactive on the platform for approximately 3 months (for personal reasons). After they got tired of my crap, they kindly sent me an email warning that they would start charging me $10 a month if I was gonna remain inactive (fair enough). Then they sent me my $10 withdrawal notification and I was like oh OK they’re serious so let me remove my 17,000+ dollars off their platform.

So when I went to withdraw it, they offered me a 20% bonus credit to keep my funds on there (which is awesome) and more than another broker that offered me 10% so I read up about the process for more information.

Dun. Dun, dunnn… Saw some negative reviews, spoke with two trusted advisors and decided to proceed with the withdrawal.

I woke up the next morning and didn’t see my funds withdrawn, I knew something was about to come in the email - sure enough they sent me an email (very long email) letting me know that I needed to provide them with some feedback and a brief explanation for security purposes on WHY I was withdrawing funds (since I was an active).

I was like I’m withdrawing funds because I was inactive and I’m not paying the fee. Run me my coins.

Admittedly, it made me very nervous and at first I didn’t wanna give them an explanation because it was very personal. Secondly, I didn’t feel like I owe them an explanation. Lastly, I wasn’t told that I would be receiving any fees for an inactive account nor for withdrawals for having been inactive (so it was like I was being punished for not trading fair enough. It’s their platform and now I’m being punished again because I want to remove my money off because I was inactive to respect).

I was very very nervous after reading so many bad reviews about withdrawal issues concerning them, however, I sent a long explanation email to them (vs what I REALLY wanted to say)

They responded immediately and release my funds immediately.

Out of all due respect it is their platform they have the right to operate how they choose to. I was just afraid because it was my first time going through something like that.

I tried trading with OspreyFX for a few months, but withdrawing my funds became a nightmare. Their support just kept giving me the runaround.

I signed up with OspreyFX thinking it was a good choice, but I was wrong. Their platform kept freezing while I was trading. I ended up losing because of it and got no help from support.

I have been trading with Them for over a year now and everything has been working perfectly until 24th of August 2024, I have my money in my account worth $19,532 on it, but I have had trouble withdrawing, which I complained to the customer service but they did nothing ate it ... Along the line I found the name of my profile picture, which happens to be helpful.

Stay away! My account was hacked and they did absolutely nothing to help me but freeze my account and deny that anything occurred. They actually placed the blame back on me and noted maybe someone in my home was making what can only be described as BOT scalping on my accounts. Hundreds of trades happening over 15-20 mins completely draining my account. It was awful!

On march 5th. i have passed second phase of my challenge. Filled KYC requirements the same day.
After exacly one week (7 days) my KYC was still not approved, so i've submited a ticket to support team. After that, my KYC was approved same night.
But till now, it's been 21days after i've passed the phase 2, i still don't have a contract/funded account. I've contacted support team three times, they allways says the same: "It appears your account is still under review....."
Other funding props can approve you kyc and provide funded account the same day. So i presume this company is a scam and waste of time. Be carefull.

You can still back off and avoid as hard as you can. They seem real but you not prepare for the losses and hidden charges that will be handed to you.

1:500 leverage what else you could ask for and if you know how to trade this is gonna help you print money on daily bases and no trouble with withdrawals either, there's a bit of issue about the spread but if you manage your trades it's not a problem at all. I recommend this 100% if you have a little experience in trading. Good luck all traders

Find a better broker. This is about the 3rd time I placed a trade and my SL wasn’t respected by the broker. I had $5.34 SL kept moving it so I could BE if the trade came back but instead of losing $5.34 I lost $68 my trade wasn’t closing as the market moved.i wouldn’t recommend them to anybody.

Don’t use On news days your SL won’t work price will blow pass all your sl and not close until your account is blown.
