Amazing
Amazing! We had a very large order (almost $700) and our driver delivered it straight to the Airbnb fridge before we got there from the airport. He was so nice and everything was accounted for!

I made a mistake on order and was unable to correct it, even with an email to customer service.
I much prefer instacarts flexibility and communication, and ability to change cart after order has gone through.

We were happy to offer you a coupon for free delivery when you reached out to our Support team so you would not have had to incur any additional charges by placing a subsequent order, but this was not taken advantage of.
I'm happy we were able to complete your order and that it was delivered on time (pre-delivered to your accommodation, which competitors do not offer) and in full.

I was so pleased with our experience with RoomBox! The ordering process was easy with lots of choices. The order was delivered on time right before my arrival at the hotel. They texted me to alert me about the arrival. Saved me precious vacation time not having to go to the grocery store. I would not hesitate to use them again.

The second was that the food arrived a little late (after we arrived) and we therefore had to put the groceries away ourselves. Otherwise, I would give it 5 stars.
