James was great. I've had a blockage in the kitchen and bathroom drain pipe that caused me a lot of issues. He did an excellent job and fixed it properly! Thank you.

They came out very quickly, the same day as our request to un block very blocked pipes and sink in the kitchen. They were very friendly and cheerful, explained what was going on and dealt with it quickly. Within half an hour the sink was unblocked and the water passing through normally.

Our boiler wasn’t working and so I called Orca and they sent two guys straight away to see what the problem was. They found it and explained what was wrong. They said another person would come later the same day to fix it. I was very impressed with the service. All were so polite and extremely competent. Super all round service. Will definitely recommend and use again.

I have used this company twice now. Once for a leak and once for boiler service. On both occasions they kept me informed of their arrival, they were polite and explained everything. I will definitely use again as I was so impressed with the overall service.

Appointment made very quickly. Great communication before attendance. Gavin the plumber who attended was very professional, friendly and efficient. He explained what had happened clearly and fixed it quickly. He waited while the tank filled up again to make sure all was ok and working before he left. Great service.
