Great selection of hunting gear and a great service and if you’re not happy with the item you can send it back to them with the 60 day return policy and get the item you need for your hunting experience I am so happy that I could do this because the 1st night vision scope I bought was not right for me but now I’m happy with the HIKMICRO works perfectly and easy to use and my HIKMICRO thermal Monocular is perfect

Great place to buy optics for Airsoft
I've bought about 4 Optics from here and the dispatch and delivery is good, I've also spoken to their customer service about a couple things and they were very helpful. Prices are very competitive aswell and they do loads of sales and offers.

Bought a wulf hurricane scope 7 month…
Bought a wulf hurricane scope 7 month ago the turret was stiff thought it was normal and it snapped off sent it back as its a lifetime warranty and won't honour it so i will have to go to small claims court they didn't even send it off to manufacturer just told a pack.of lies

After receiving your scope, we sent it to the UK distributor for assessment under the manufacturer's lifetime warranty. As evidence of this, we have emailed you and attached the RMA paperwork and documentation confirming that the unit was sent for inspection. Following their assessment, the distributor advised that the damage was deemed beyond economical repair and was not covered under the manufacturer's warranty terms.
We appreciate that this was not the outcome you were hoping for. However, we must follow the manufacturer's warranty guidelines and cannot override their assessment.
Despite the warranty claim being declined, our Assistant Director reviewed the case and, as a gesture of goodwill, authorised a replacement scope for you.
For transparency, we have provided the supporting documentation relating to the assessment and warranty decision. While we understand your frustration, we believe we have acted appropriately throughout the process and have gone beyond the manufacturer's warranty decision by offering a replacement unit as a gesture of goodwill.

I AM FED UP SENDING IN QUEIRES ABOUT A PRODUCT THAT YOU ADVERTISE, AND SPEAKING TO STAFF, TO BE TOLD WE'RE REALLY BUSY BUT WILL GET BACK TO YOU, WHICH YOU DON'T. A REALLY POOR SERVICE. MAYBE YOU MIGHT GET BACK TO ME NOW :-)
I asked about if your FHF Gear Airframe Harness clips would fit into the female clips of Hik Habrok Pro case that came with the HX60LS that I bought from you as I don’t like the harness that Hik supply.
This is not the first time I have sent in a query that has not been answered. Last year I sent in a valuation request for a pair of binoculars I wanted to trade in. It took 2 weeks of calls and emails to get an answer
And 4 days later and after you replied asking for information, dispite sending my email address and query, you still cannot be bothered to answer my question.
My point made exactly.

Not Optics fault
Delivery on time & part as ordered & at a good price. So as far as Optics warehouse is concerned no complaints, unfortunately despite my careful planning the item does not have enough clearance on the extension for my scope.
