OPSYS Gaming 

I ordered an opsys dominus PC with 3080 in May 2021. It took a few weeks (8+) to come but that was at a time when supply was incredibly difficult. During this time, however, the support team remained in consistent contact with me and even offered alternatives as they became available. I would especially like to thank Dan for this.

When the order arrived, it was as described. Premium product with a performance to match the price. I have actually hooked it up with Samsung Q800T and its giving me a stable 120 hz on most titles (which is the max frame rate of the TV anyways). With now about an year of use, I have no concerns with the product whatsoever. Should I have any question, the responses from the support team are quite quick (within a few hours, if not instant).

They do offer 3 years parts and life time labour warranty, but I haven't had to use these services just yet. They seem brilliant on paper and more than what competition offers. The pricing for most components seems competitive, and it's all based on my favourite brands- corsair and Asus rog strix.

10/10 would recommend it to friends and family.

From start to finish this has been a great process. The website is easy to use and you can get the computer you really want and it's not as expensive as other online companies.

I received my computer in 6 days, and it was amazing. It's rapid, looks fantastic and hasn't broken my bank. The starter pack that comes with it is brilliant, I enjoyed the puzzle and think the thumb drive with all the drivers etc is well thought out and easy to use.

I would definitely recommend Opsys to anyone looking for a new computer. Great value for money and really quick, even with the graphics card shortage.

There is an old saying. If something is too good to be true it probably is!
In the case of Opsys this is NOT true.
I was looking to upgrade my present computer that I use for video and photo editing and came across an advert for Opsys on Facebook. On checking out their site I became more and more impressed with their offering, the care taken in building their website and the ease of putting together a computer that met my needs even though I am not a gamer. During the process I had a couple of questions and tech support at Opsys were soon able to answer my queries and enable me to finish specing my build.
The build time was quoted at 1 - 2 weeks but I received the computer in less than a week packed in such way that even the clumsiest of delivery drivers would have had difficulty damaging it. The computer came with all the manuals and spare parts that had not been used in the build as well as a couple of extra surprises that put the cherry on the cake. Everything was laid out beautifully and all the cable runs just added to the professional feel of the build. There was a slight problem that I discovered on booting the system which was that an extra drive I asked for was not fitted. Again on contacting Opsys the SSD was sent to me with no quibbles and was very easy to fit with the help of the manuals provided.
The computer is everything I wanted and after a few weeks of use I am so happy that I went with Opsys for my build.
My one comment to Opsys would be that as they grow they add some specific motherboards for creatives as it would open up a new area for sales for them.

Good prices, good service, best PC configuration website I've ever seen, with good quality parts on offer, PC is perfectly set up and cable managed.
Basically this is the only place I would consider buying a prebuilt from, they're the best.

Originally had to send the System back twice as the courier was damaging it in transport. Both times they quickly arranged a return, replaced all damaged parts and shipped it out as soon as they'd checked through everything.

Afterward needed support with fixing an issue and they provided tech support to me on a weekend despite not being within their normal working hours.

Very appreciative of the help and support and would recommend for first-time buyers.

Great, fast 12th gen pc with 30 series GPU, looks awesome, and a massive jump in FPS from my old pc. Would recommend OPSYS to anyone thinking of upgrading. PC comes well packaged to avoid any damage in transit, and cabling is very tidy, so minimal disruption to airflow when thrashing opponents in your fave games ;-), great price too, I saw a comparable system costing quite a bit more elsewhere.

Great company, website really informative and when building a custom build on their site they gave me advice when I contacted them on specific components and parts. Extremely helpful staff and the PC itself was above and beyond my expectations. More than half a year on my PC is still in tip top condition.

easy to use website , pc was configured and ordered on a Friday was delivered the following Thursday ,
extremely well packed , nice touches in the start up box thank you , looks fantastic and excellent cable management, runs very well
I highly recommend opsys and wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.
If there is ever a problem i hope the customer service is as good.
but if your looking at them for a pc don't hesitate

Was slightly nervous about buying a prebuilt as I normally build my own.

However I took the plunge and have no regrets. The cabling inside is super tidy pc came well packaged and booted up fine straight out the box.

Great service all around from a brilliant site that gives you an idea of what it will look like down to a nice and easy delivery. Would recommend to anyone.

These guys are the real deal.
My experience since day one was great - communication was clear and friendly, responses came reasonably fast. It was very clear I was speaking with people who knew their stuff and were gamers themselves.

The build I had in mind was high-end and fully custom - complete with water blocks and hardline tubing. The response was very positive and reassuring (other companies I had spoken to were very reluctant to even consider a build in a case they didn't typically offer, let alone a full water-cooling loop).
There were several delays along in the process - however this was mainly due to shortages in supply/faulty hardware and not due to mistakes on OPSYS' part. For context high-end GPUs were still hard to come by at the time. Everything else was done in a timely fashion.

The build itself is spectacular. Performance is beastly and aesthetically outstanding - I seriously doubt many companies out there would put this much care into cable management as OPSYS.
The biggest praise I could give is their attention to detail - there were a few issues (again mostly hardware-related) that if missed, it meant I would have to return the build for repair right after receiving it, which would have been a bit of nightmare. Trust me when I say that these guys know their stuff and you'll be in good hands.

Very happy with PC - and I've never seen such amazing cable management in a custom PC, so that alone deserves a mention. Ordering was easy via their website, and updates on the order were frequent right up to the dispatch notice. Arrived packaged very securely and with excellent setup instructions, plus all the manuals and extra bits that you would normally get if you built the PC yourself. Impressed with the service Opsys provide, it's clear that they care a lot about their service and I would definitely recommend them to others who are considering a custom PC build.

I am a little disappointed that I took the time to solve the chess piece puzzle they sent with the PC but never heard anything back; certainly not a deal breaker, but why ask for people to tell you they solved it if you aren't even going to acknowledge them when they do.

The website is nice to look at and easy to use, Custom built computer arrived in a week and was packaged to withstand anything a disgruntled courier could throw at it. Would use again.

Have to confess to not knowing where to start when ordering a pc for my sons birthday. Handed the task to Dan at Opsys who put together a number of possible options for me to look at and explained in layman's terms what I could expect from each one. A couple of weeks later and I took receipt of the most amazing machine - vouched for by my son who is absolutely over the moon with his new pc.
