Next level PC builder. Way more than just a PC builder in fact. I keep on congratulating myself for finding these guys but it's them who should be congratulated for the completely unique offering they have put together. On top of that, pretty much unbeatable value - you'd struggle to build the system yourself for much less if you sourced each component for the lowest price available in the UK. From the configurator, to the buying experience, to the unboxing and the Easter Eggs, to the machine and the extras, to the service and the aftercare, these guys seem to have left no stone unturned. Such a pleasure to see such imagination and integrity in business. Such a privilege to become a member of the Legion!

Quality PC at a great price

I came across Opsys when searching around for a PC upgrade. Really liked their custom PC builder with the interactive model of the PC as you go. Build time was really quick, rig turned up and it's flawless. Prices were very good comparable to others in the market that i'd seen. I went for the I9-12900K with a Gigabyte RTX 3080, the machine is quality.

Would definitely recommend.

only thing i can fault was the lack of notification regarding the completion of the build and the dispatch of the pc, came home one day to find the pc had been delivered wasnt aware it had been build or shipped luckily i had someone else at home to accept it while at work.
Everything else though was excellent.

Had no idea about PC's but when i called them they where so helpful and took the time to talk me through everything i needed for my PC and what i wanted out of it. I bought a prebuilt Agilian-I,
they kept me up to date with how the machine was going and what stages it was at.
when I final got my PC the packaging and quality was superb!
when I first ran the machine I had no issues except one of my fans not changing colour, so I contacted the team on Instagram and A lovely Opsys member named Dan came to the rescue! They leaded me through the troubleshooting and it turned out to be that one of the fans connectors wasn't plugged into the RGB slot (probably disconnected through delivery).

Overall, shipping, assembly, customer service, and quality was amazing and I recommend this Company to anyone for all your PC needs!

Had a hig sum of cash to put down on my dream pc and OPSYS did not disappoint. They put in all the parts I paid for and put them in perfectly I might add. The thing is a monster. The cable management is not only perfect but satisfying. The support team are amazing at answering any questions I have at record time and they kept me updated with the PC building process as it went along. Could not recommend them more. Great service, designed my custom pc on their builder nice touch to see what it would actually look like before it was built, and within a week my pc had arrived, very well packaged to keep anything from getting damaged while in transit. The pc looked amazing when it arrived and getting it all set up was easy, the only minor nitpick I could find was 4/5 RGB fans wasn't working when it arrived as the cable hadn't been plugged into the RGB header on the motherboard, took 15 seconds to plug it back in. Other than that everything was perfect would defo recommend to anyone looking for a custom built pc.

Received a custom PC just as it was designed using their online builder. I enquired about using custom parts (Noctua fans) that were not available in the builder and they offered such possibility (which in the end I didn't use). Btw it's hard to find any service that would beat the Opsys prices.

Great service and product from first interaction with company to delivery and setup.

I had no issues, but judging by the speed of email responses I received I feel they would have been quickly resolved.

I have only had product for a few days but it is working brilliantly and very pleased.
