Dan was excellent from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail, as someone who is new to the pc world Dan made it feel very seamlessly. Customer service is second to none and the communication is spot on. I ordered my pc just before Christmas and should be here this week fingers crossed. Would definitely recommend and I’ll continue to give opsys my business

Can't recommend Opsys enough. They integrated parts I already owned into an awesome build back in 2021. It was packed extremely well in a nice welcome pack which included everything you need to get started.

I'm now also using their upgrade service which, apart from DPD being terrible, has gone very well. Dan was extremely helpful in getting not only the original system ordered and built but also getting the upgrade sorted. I can't wait to get my system back and put it through it's paces with my triples.

If you want a top notch PC don't look any further than these guys!

Customer Service was brilliant, answered all my questions and guided me through to a perfect purchase. Delivery was a little delayed through the Black Friday sales but they kept me updated. Product is an absolute beauty.

PC arrived much later than advertised, had to wait a couple of weeks. The web site said delivery within 2 days!

Generally not a fan of pre-built desktops but I gave OPSYS a chance as they are a nice middle ground between pre-built and building your own. I've been using the PC daily for half a year under light and heavy loads (I use it for gaming, music production, video editing in Premiere Pro and After Effects) and I have nothing bad to say about the PC or OPSYS. There is clear care put into the build itself - great cabling, stability, part selection. Games run great, high FPS and stable. PC itself doesn't get too hot. Good amount of ports, RGB lighting looks good. Not much more to say, if you're looking for a fantastic PC you should go with OPSYS 100%.

I placed an order for a new custom PC build on the 15th December and received it on the 22nd exactly as promised.

Everything about the experience was top-notch. The website worked like a charm, Dan's customer service was great and the packing and delivery were everything you might hope for when ordering an expensive computer.

I was even offered an upgraded motherboard due to stock issues on the one I ordered and also received some money off the original price!

I was lurking around one morning on these so called ‘TOP’ gaming PC sites as y’know.. I like to window shop and what not. Luckily I came across OPSYS which isn’t up there (imo) as I haven’t heard about them before and wooOooow soon as I clicked their site it completely changed me.

The whole process was perfect came within 3 weeks (could’ve been 1-2 weeks if the 3080 strix GPU I wanted was in stock) but as times are hard with the GPU stocks these days its not anyone’s fault which I completely understand.

Dan Owen the Top ‘G’ himself was on point with all of his customer support through out, relatively fast responds, even gave me a free upgrades on my PSU etc.

Delivery was very informative, on time. everything came intact and in one piece by DPD.

Highly recommend OPSYS.

Opsys built me a custom PC in good time and delivered it with no issues. Regular updates from Dan kept me informed of the progress. Highly recommended.

Fantastic people to deal with. We built the PC online to our specifications and was given a delivery time. Regrettably due to supply problems the date was moved but Dan kept me informed all the time. The PC has now arrived and we are thrilled with its build quality and works a treat.

Let me start of by saying that the packaging of the pc was perfect and i knew if i ordered another pc from opsys it would be in perfect condition, also The owner of the company Dan is very kind and is also more than happy to help someone who needs help. When i downloaded my first game i thought that the pc will be worse but it turned out to be better than i thought. The Pc runs very smoothly and im very happy i ordered from their website

Firstly I would like to say how well they packaged the PC, was nicely done aswell as the components that came with it, turnaround time was a little bit longer that what they said but that was no issues, was updated along the way of the build which is good, overall experience with Opsys was amazing and the free clean and free fitting for upgrades is a bonus.

The website to order was really good and made things easy, going back and editing a specific item requires some repeat steps, but over it was a great experience. Delivery was supposed to be 5 days but after 10 days, I still hadn't received it. A few phone calls later and more days the pc was send. All where friendly and apologetic. The packaging gave everything a premium feel, and the pc was packaged well. Would give them 5 stars but communication and delay lost a star. It would be good to inform me of a delay prior to me having to call in.
I found the pricing to be good. I would use them again.

From start to finish the experience has been flawless. I ordered the Agillian X after doing alot of research on other pre-builds (this is my first gaming pc so wanted to get it right). While doing research I came across opsys by chance and I'm really pleased I did. Their prices are lower for the spec than the other pre builts I came across. On top of this their warranty and upgrade programme is significantly beyond anything anyone else offers as standard. They will even take your machine back every year and perform a free health check!

Once ordering I came into contact with Dan who's customer service was simply exemplary. Not only did he give me advice on a professional level he gave me advice from his own personal experience advising me on which game services to use and the free epic games and the microsoft game pass service. A lovely touch you just wouldn't receive from a bigger company.

The packaging was the most secure package I've ever received. It was double boxed with ample foam in place including inside the pc to protect the gpu and other components.

Now the pc itself. WOW what a machine. Price to performance here is exceptional. And the PC itself looks stunning especially in the white with the white cable extensions. On the subject of cable management that is also amazing leaving the PC looking very clean inside.

All in all I really can't recommend opsys enough. Enough infact that i felt compelled to to write a review. The first review I've ever written! From start to finish the experience has been flawless. So don't hesitate and join the opsys legion today and "Break the Game"
