OPSYS Gaming 

Very happy choosing Opsys Gaming to build my new PC. There was a small delay in receiving it due to a component being out of stock, I was offered alternatives but decided to wait. When I called, Dan was very patient and happy to talk through, at length, any queries or concerns I had. When my PC arrived it was double boxed and well secured with foam both in the box and the pc's case to support the components. It looks great and the build quality is top notch. Thoroughly recommended.

I was kept informed throughout the build and received a phone call just before dispatch from one of the friendly staff to discuss the build.

Amazing system, and great support.

Sometimes you need to remind them if you moved houses but it's a great system.

Website is easy to use, constantly updated from the customer service team, even for someone who knows nothing about computers they made the experience painless. Would recommend to anyone looking for a gaming computer

If you're wanting a custom PC but lack the skill, or time to build your own, then I couldn't recommend OPSYS enough. The staff I spoke with were very friendly and polite, and went above and beyond when I wanted to swap the case a day or two after initially placing the order, to ensure I got the product I desired. I also found the prices to be competitive, and delivery was received promptly. I couldn't be happier with my new system, and if any issues arise with the PC in the future then OPSYS offer me technical support for life at no extra cost.

I can’t say how happy I am with my PC. Genuinely over the moon at the fast time it took to come and the care that went into making sure it was working at peak performance. Would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a custom PC as the website is both super easy to use and looks very good. I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service either. Constantly updating me on the status of my PC as it was being made and eventually sent over to me. 10/10

I am a customer of opsys I received my PC about 18 months ago which they helped me build it as I didn't have a clue which parts worked together.
It's just had a MOT check and they found a small problem which they fixed.
In the last 18 months I have been in touch with opsys and they always get back to me straight away.
There PC and advice is top notch I highly recommend opsys to anyone nothing is ever to much trouble.
The service they pervade is one of the best I have ever come across.
Thank you so much for the hard work you have put in for me and talked me through getting my PC up and running like it should.

Despite a couple of setbacks involving stock being unavailable my experience has been great. Good communication from the guys at opsys regarding the delay and a free upgrade on my motherboard too. My new pc is an absolute monster, looks fantastic, runs smooth and quietly and was around 500 quid cheaper than most other places!

Great communication and advice from spec to building to delivery

This is the biggest investment I have ever made in a PC.
It's my first desktop after deciding that laptops were just not powerful enough.
It looks aesthetically beautiful, is completely silent most of the time and I have it linked to my new 27 inch TN monitor for trading work.
I have never seen speed of execution like this before and am very happy with my choice which was the Dominus V.
The packaging was superb, a box within a box with no room for potentially damaging movement in transit.
Package also included extras for any future upgrades.
You can buy from Opsys with confidence.

Brilliant service cant fault them at all, i was very inpatient with my order but one of the team re-assured me about how the testing works. Would never go anywhere else now and have recommended to all my friends i game with!

Fantastic.
The builder was definitely experienced as the build was perfect. Not too loud. Runs fine. Never had an issue.

My old system (3rd gen i7) was from Chillblast and I've had it for nearly 10 years. I took a risk and went with Opsys as Dan was so helpful and convincing to convert from a trusted brand such as Chillblast.

Intially it was a nightmare as my system arrived damaged (the glass case shattered during transport). But Dan was great and sorted out a new system asap. When the system came I was impressed by the quality of the build though I took a chance with an i91300kf instead of the k model with integrated GPU and an RTX 4070 card. I would defo come back to Opsys for my next system.

Though it did take nearly a month to arrive due to Xmas and stock of parts.

As much as I want to rate it 4 and leave 1 star for room for improvement, especially the delivery lead date. Kindly update the process/code to match the peak season as I was expecting mine to arrive within 10 days(as shown during the configuration on the website), but it went more than that. They still deserved the 5-star rating. My whole setup performs well, I haven't had any issues with it. No loud noises, stutters, lagging, not anything at all.

I wish they can provide the codes or any promotional vouchers that come with the system as I bought all of my components from them.

Will certainly buy another one from them in the future

Good build quality and once dispatched I received timeous updates.

I have marked this 5 stars for their service however if I could provide one recommendation it would be that updates pre-dispatch could be improved; the date I was initially told passed without communication and I had to contact them for an update. I was told that we were waiting on a part which is fine, but I would have preferred Opsys to be proactive in telling me this so I could plan accordingly
