Great PC! Had to wait a little longer than was advertised due to the shortage of some components which should’ve been mentioned during the Custom Build process but I was regularly updated by email. Brilliant build quality and superb packaging. And about £300-400 cheaper than their rivals. Superb all round

Phenomenal work by Dan and Michael, even though my order was subject to delays (industry shortages), the customer service team kept me in the loop and provided a comprehensive outlook/calculation of my estimated arrival date. They were incredibly hospitable and the build itself is phenomenal and beautifully built for a very reasonable price! Couldn't be happier (2 weeks into receiving my build). I would advocate for OPSYS as a much better alternative than mainstream pre-built companies which have proprietary parts and limited customer service.

I also enjoyed the snippets and transparency around my build documented on social media, making for a perfect teaser.

I have built PCs before and bought prebuilt before, and like anyone, I've had years of experience of purchasing from anyone. The professionalism, knowledge and passion these people at OPSYS have for this is second to none. Any advice or ideas I've had have been met with good sound recommendations and the customer service if astounding, I could recommend them on that alone. The communication has been brilliant throughout. I could sit here and write a novel with how great my experience has been, on their own and compared to any others, they're in a league of their own. I challenge anyone to find anyone that can get the level of service, quality of product and warranty/ continued support they provide. They've cemented themselves as my first port of call for all my future computing needs.

TL;DR: Easy configuration, visual confirmation of what the build would look like, plenty of customisation options, and a very personable touch on replies that gives a great experience. These guys know what they're doing and what they're talking about. Convinced a friend to get a system from OPSYS.

My old system was an i7-4790k with a GTX 1060, it did the job well, and it felt like the right time to get an overhaul. A friend told me about OPSYS probably over a year ago, and we'd have a chuckle over maxing out our OPSYS specs in the hope we'd one day commit to something similar. That time was around mid June this year.

I created a build and dropped the support email a message about the build and a few things I wanted to do with it. Dan replied with a huge email that may off-put others, but it was fantastic. It really showed that the team cared enough to take time out to ensure all points were covered, alongside possible configuration suggestions to save some money. I also took fully advantage of their summer offer which had up to £500 savings, it was great.

Once all the details were ironed out and the build process started, I was kept informed along the way but did have to occasionally ask for updates. The replies were prompt without huge delays. There were delays to the build due to part issues but this was to be expected. I then received my new PC in July, just shy 5 weeks of placing my order. Everything was delivered with care, the packaging was precise with custom cut foam blocks to ensure everything was safe during transit.

You get a custom thumbdrive with all the benchmarking results and software that the team used to stress test the system so you can do run those tests yourself if you wanted. Everything I threw at it flew by with zero lag. I had some edited photos being exported through lightroom, a full system backup going, and was playing Diablo 4 then Remnant II in the background on maxed settings. It felt amazing.

I purposely left the review a little late as I wanted to make sure I had time to put the system through its paces. During that time, I had also convinced another friend that he needed a PC, after showing him what I'd gotten from the team and OPSYS. Surely enough he put his order through and had a very similar customised experience. He's been loving his new PC as well, and playing Halo Infinite and Starfield on maxed settings.

My only criticism from the whole process was needing to prod the team a couple of times for an update - but they came back to me within the hour or the same day.

Overall - I would use them again. And most certainly I'll be coming back to collect on my OPCredit to get some upgrades in the future.

Great choice of parts from this company, I wasn’t sure what I wanted at first and the building part of the website and the ease of use was perfect.

The 1 downside was the wait time for my pc parts to arrive with Opsys however this was out of their hands due to delivery of parts which have been hard to get hold of, especially with me selecting the new 4060 ti GPU. However I did get updates on my build progress but I did have to email first to get the updates but again Michael always got back to me within the hour and was always apologetic and ensured me that my build was set to high priority.

The quality of the build once it arrived is outstanding and you can tell that they took care with every component during the installation and the cable management was great.

The choice of parts and prices along with lifetime support is what made me choose Opsys and so far I am glad I did.

I would definitely recommend Opsys to anyone wanting a high quality build with the choice of almost any components.

Took a gamble on Opsys based on the reviews here, I randomly found them searching for terms like "custom pc uk" they were way down the list on search results and I almost passed them up based on their website looking somewhat of a gimmick on my phone (Sorry Opsys)

I went with customising my own PC, The website stated a 5 day lead (build time) which kind of influenced some of the parts I chose, this 5 day lead became 3 weeks to the day from placing the order, this is the only negative thing I have to say.

The machine I had built is well put together, a reasonable price, cheaper than the larger custom PC sites out there, and didn't cost much more to have it built, as opposed to sourcing and buying all the parts to build it yourself.

As someone who hasn't touched a pc properly since the early 2000s Opsys has made the move to pc gaming simple, the included USB drive loaded with performance tests, system info, apps, software etc, is a nice touch.

It's only been 3 days but the machine is working flawlessly with no faults or build issues.

3 stars because of the waiting time being 3 weeks instead of the 5 days stated on the site when I checked out, it's not a great feeling spending a substantial amount of money and having nothing to show for it for weeks on end.

Very happy with my purchase. This was my first gaming PC and I got lots of useful advice from their customer service in terms of what specs I could get for my budget etc.

I'm thrilled with my new PC; once it arrived, it was securely packed, and there was no damage. It works just as advertised. As for the customer service, they always responded to my queries (shoutout especially to Dan!) on time and overall were very friendly.

The only reason I am not giving a five-star is because of the delivery delay (due to some PC components being unavailable)

I have done a lot of research on the other company's before i placed order with Opsys, would strongly recommend anyone who is looking for a new custom PC.

Forget about chillblast, cyberpower and other overpriced places.

Ordered a Dominus gaming PC from these guys and whilst it took longer than advertised to be delivered when it got here it looked fantastic.
I did have a problem with windows 11 but it was quickly sorted with a call to Dan.
He expertly diagnosed and fixed the problem helping me get back to setting up this incredible rig!

so almost a year ago i bought a pc from opsys never encountered any issues with the build apart from recently when 1 of the gpu fans started to not rotate with the rest of the fans and got quite noisey when it was rotating i contacted the guys at opsys over my concerns and sent them a video of the issue which they agreed there was a potential issue with the card at the same time i spoke to them about some potential upgrades i was going to have done which after talking to dan it made more sense to do the upgrades whilst the pc was returned for them to investigate the issue with the card which id already decided to upgrade to a 4090 so to put things into context they fitted a new gpu ,ram ,aio ,case fans and cleaned it in 3 days with the pc being delivered back to me at 9.30am unbelievable service you cant ask for a better service ,if your looking for a gaming pc use the opsys guys i cant rate them highly enough . a really big thankyou to dan and the opsys team for sorting this out so quickly pc is amazing and so so quiet highly recommended

Fantastic from start to finish. Delivery was a little delayed, due to some components not arriving on time, however I was kept informed throughout so it was never a stress. System arrived and it is fantastic, it runs any operation I could ask for with ease, whether I'm working or gaming. After about a month, I moved the unit (whilst decorating) and one of the fans got disconnected. I know very little about assembling computers but Michael Newton was able to get it back up and running with 2 hours of first contact. Cannot recommend them more highly!

My son got his pc and was amazed it's a beast and massive which I thought my ps5 was big but blown away it's tidy all wires hidden lights great built to perfection my son and I are very happy so we wanted to say thankyou to the team for amazing job

I patiently waited for almost a month for my order to arrive, only to see that my PC is not operational!
After nothing came out on all of my monitors I saw that the graphics card is not working, not given the ventilators were spinning! How did you test it if you didn't see that the card is not working? - you lied to me!
ON TOP OF IT I DID A FACTORY RESET ON MY OLD PC BEFORE THAT! Now I have to instal all my software again and that will take ages!

Quick, efficient and easy to communicate with. The prices were better than other places I had looked at. Would definitely use them again.
