Amazing company great communication…
Amazing company great communication throughout the build and the products top level.
Excellent Quality with a range of competitive services.
Received my system about 6 weeks ago. Figured i would give it time for it to really shine before i leave a review. Compared to their competitors price range, i found them surprisingly cheap for what they had to offer, my system would've been about £90 cheaper to build it myself. But I saved the time, effort and was given an overclocked superb pc, which offered an excellent range of services which made that £90 entirely worth it. Services included; part upgrade scheme, life time labour warranty, and free yearly healthcheck.
The system itself runs way above my expectations, I'm pretty sure my specs came under a free overclocking service so games are running way better then intended, they even ensured the fans itself would change under different temperature increases or decreases, so my pc is always cool and well maintained. They uploaded all the diagnostic checks and benchmarks onto the computer so you can see how it performed in stress tests. They don't send off the computer until it passes all tests way above the pass rate. I haven't ran into any issues with the pc, there hasn't been any pc related crashes or hiccups in the system.
The packing and presentation of the PC was delight to open, They leave some of the boxes of your components aswell so you could send back old parts in the original packaging. Bear in mind the the box was huge when it came due to all the foam packaging. Only negative thing which I had to say with the delivery is that it is all handled by DPD, the customer service at OPSYS ensured my pc would only be left at my house if someone was at the door. But DPD just left the box and drove off, I was in anyway.
The only negative thing i have to say about my experience with OPSYS was the lack of communication with the progress of the PC. It took 6 weeks for it to be built due to supply issues and backlog which is fair enough, the pc only actually being built in the last week. The weekly progress emails seemed very automated and repeated the same text nearly every email. They don't give due dates to prevent disappointment from the consumer, though i would've preferred them to be straightforward to me that i would waiting for a bit longer then what their website had stated for lead times . Left me guessing every week.
Dan and Michael at the customer service team outside of that were excellent though, They kept giving me regular updates when the pc was being built. They managed to stall the delivery driver as my PC had only just been finished when they was about to leave. So I got it next day instead of waiting over the weekend.
Never heard of OPSYS before this, only found them through a sponsored google search link. But i say, if you are wanting a new rig, go with OPSYS. Their services and production quality is top level. I will be 100% using them in future upgrades or new rigs.
Good quality overall
OPSYS Gaming stands out for its fantastic website design, delivering a smooth and user-friendly experience. The gaming PC arrived meticulously packaged.
Customer service was exceptional, providing swift and helpful responses to my queries. Although there was a slight delivery delay, they kept me informed throughout, demonstrating transparency.
Once the PC arrived, its performance exceeded expectations. Despite the minor delay, the overall experience with OPSYS Gaming deserves a solid five stars for their outstanding product.

Worth the wait !
My only criticism is that I had to wait all but a month from order to receiving my pc build and I found that I was doing the chasing for any updates to which i fully appreciated the reason why when explained by Michael ! That said....WOW it was worth waiting for !!!! Very professional built, looks amazing and a fantastic price. Extremely well packed so that the pc would not get damaged in very professional branding packaging. I never heard of Opsys but am so pleased I found them on Instagram. Many thanks to the team, I would definitely recommend you to anyone wanting to purchase a performance pc !
Won’t go anywhere else for a pc ever again.

A great company
I have received my new Opsys PC. A great company who kept me updated each week as to where it was in terms of build cycle. When there were issues at the build stage - a different PSU and not needing a sound card - they were in touch promptly with the engineers advice. It came well packaged and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Quality build, great support
Arrived in the best packaging I have ever seen for a PC, Components are premium, no skimped out parts. Attention to cable management. Support resolved any outstanding question promptly. Price was very competative and their website looks first clas. Recommended builder.
Greatest pre-built pc company
Michael was great, gave me conistent and useful updates as well as being very quick to answer. Build is incredible, everything I asked for and runs like a dream. Much cheaper than all competition too. Couldn't ask for anything better
Great builds and customer service.
I already had a PC with Opsys that I'd purchased through Amazon. I'd voided the warranty on it which was my own fault. I got in touch with them and explained the situation and they dealt with fixing that PC. So that went well.
Whilst my PC was with them I decided to purchase a new build that I created on their website's builder. I always like to have a main computer and secondary computer, and upgrading the old one would have resulted in an entirely new build anyway.
The new build I put together was pricy due to the fact I'd gone overkill with the hardware. The build itself is completely immaculate, beyond overpowered and is exactly how I wanted it to be.
The one negative I have to mention is the wait time. It took two months after ordering for me to finally get my hands on it. The reason I haven't deducted a star is because it really wasn't on Opsys. At the end of the day supply chain issues can't really be avoided these days; and I was constantly kept up to date about the progress of the build, so the customer service is extremely great.
All in all if you're looking for a great PC, and you're not able or willing to build your own, then I'd recommend Opsys. Depending on the build you want you may be waiting a while but chances are it'll be completely worth it.
I want to say thanks to Michael and Dan especially. The wait felt a lot less thanks to the constant updates from the both of them.
Quite a fiasco
So I was inclined to write this review after a friend informed me the other day they were going to buy a PC through Opsys. I had an incident with them a while ago that left a bitter taste in my mouth.
Initially I noticed that 2 sticks of 8GB RAM were missing, as well as two LED strips on the front panel (which I hadn't noticed until a much later date). I contacted OPSYS about the missing RAM, and to be fair they sent the two sticks without any qualms.
After a month of use, I suspected that the graphics card had died as it wouldn't pass the VGA check, as well as the screen not displaying anything. I contacted OPSYS, they requested I send the computer over to them to check it out. I sent the computer to them, and a day later they confirmed they had received the unit, would be inspecting it first thing the following morning, and would hopefully have the system up and running the same day. 5 days passed and I had heard nothing. I contacted them regarding the status of the situation as it seemed off that nothing more had been said. I received a reply to say that the member of staff I had been dealing with had been on holiday for the past two weeks, and that unfortunately according to Opsys I had overlooked placing the protective foam under the graphics card and some damage had been sustained in transit.
A huge error on my part if in fact it was the case. I, felt slightly gutted this happened, and still somewhat wondering why it had taken this long to be mentioned. Depsite them having received the unit 5 days prior and stating it would be looked at first thing the following day after the unit had been returned.
They explained that as this was a potential fault on my part they would not cover the cost of the unit themselves, but they would bring up a dispute with DPD to see if they would as it was likely damaged in transit. A few more exchanges were made about replacing the broken GPU (which I paid for a new one), and they would also send back the broken GPU as long as DPD said they wouldn't allow the claim to be processed. As it turns out DPD did in fact allow the claim to go through and would be coming to view the damaged unit, so they ended up keeping it.
A few days later I received an email from the support team, explaining DPD have been to view the damaged card and everything went well. Support even went as far to say the meeting went so well that they are positive that the the damages will be refunded. I received a phone call from support at a later date to tell me that DPD have accepted responsibility for the damages and that they will refund the money for it and will be in my account in a few days. Excellent news!
Several days pass and I've heard nothing more on the matter, I decided to leave it a few days longer as I understand that clearing a payment can take a little while. I then contact support again, who said they are still awaiting for the payment from DPD so they can transfer it to my account. More time passes without hearing anything, so I contact support, who have now changed the story. I won't in fact be receiving any payment, despite DPD already having viewed the damaged item, accepting responsibility, and saying I will be getting a refund, but Opsys are doing what they can. I then contacted support yet again after more silence, who then stated they had tried contacting DPD but the person they were conferring with was on holiday and would keep me updated.
At this point I'm starting to get that sinking feeling that I'm being given the run around. I decided to ask to see the correspondence with DPD (I was feeling a bit doubftul that Opsys had either not contacted DPD to begin with, or were maybe taking the money for themselves), to which I was told this won't be possible as it's now being dealt with by another member of staff. This is also despite the fact they had previously said they would in fact provide picture evidence for me of all correspondence with DPD for the sake of transparency.
After the whole ordeal, I asked if they could return the old damaged graphics card, but I didn't hear anything back. So I had to contact them yet again, and was informed the member of the support team I had previously dealt with had been away again due to a medical emergency. They informed me that I can get the card back, but they will have to locate it in storage, and I will have to pay for shipping. At this point I didn't bother as this ordeal had gone on long enough and having to pay foir shipping too didn't seem worth it.
I can't help but feel Opsys weren't completely upfront, or honest about the entire fiasco. Changing their story, delaying, giving excuses, and even denying me the possibility to see their interactions with DPD.
My point being, take caution if dealing with them, especially if you require support regarding any faults. Which is a shame, because they seem to have reasonable prices, and good quality builds.
