Opposuites is a scam
Opposuites is a scam. I ordered a suit with two day shipping for an event. I never received an order confirmation. I contacted them from their contact on their sight requesting information on my order. I was sent a automatic response that gave me no way to contact them ir gave me any info. The suit did arrive four days late. In the meantime I had to purchase a different suit. When it arrived it had a paper that said for easy returns put your return authorization code and order number. I found the order number but no return code. I again reached out to the site. They sent me info on returns and it asks you to follow a link and enter the order number and email address. I did this and it said their was an error. I again contacted the site. I then received a response from a person saying I needed to use the reference number, so I went back and tried again. Same error message. I again reached out to the same email and told them the problem with screen shots of my order number and reference number and asked them to please Ake the return auth number. I was then sent another email with the message to go to the return link and enter my order nimber and email. They say you have fourteen days to return it from the day it arrives. That time has probably passed while they give me the run around. I am writing on the BBB site next and anywhere else I can find do not order from this site!

The return policy is very tricky
The return policy is very tricky - and it is limited to 14 days. If you are going to buy from them - buy through Zalando or another company that knows how to do returns. I am now stuck with a suit that doesn't fit me.

Impossible to return
I am having the same issues as everyone else here. I ordered a size 40 suit for my teenage son and it arrived and was too big. I read that I'm supposed to go to the website for returns to fill out a return request but that just leads to "404 Page Not Found". I have tried to email the support email and no response. I am beginning to see that this company is fraudulent and will report this to the Better Business Bureau and everywhere else I can rate Opposuits.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Ordered a full suit which arrived with a red stain on the collar and poor stitching. Asked for a replacement for the jacket to be told I would have to pay for international return to the Netherlands (from UK & ordered from UK website) I sent in photos and requested a new jacket but was told I’d need to pay for a FULL new suit (even though I only needed a jacket) and to return the original one internationally at my cost. Unfortunately there was no time for this as we needed the suit. Incredibly poor communication … I’ve been offered a discount code rather than my money back. Absolutely shocking service!!! DO NOT USE! Wish I’d read reviews before buying from this company they speak for themselves.
Questionable service if you need to return the product
Questionable service. It has been 2 weeks without resolution (ongoing). I can understand processes may take time but my issue came from when the customer service agent took 3 days to send a copy and paste email (literally the same email as the one before, verbatim) in response to my emails regarding returning the product.
UPDATE - I asked for the situation to be escalated and it was which has seemingly led to it being rectified fairly quickly. Hopefully the refund will be prompt upon them receiving the item.

Absolutely shocking service
Absolutely shocking service. Returned suit (v v average quality/ fit even for the price). Took 2 months of chasing, chasing and chasing to get my refund. I had to pay for the return, then it took 2 months to chase a refund. They still haven't paid me. Communication is poor - emails saying 'returns request' then an email saying 'return closed' then one saying 'query resolved' - often on the same day the emails came. All I want is a refund and it is like getting blood out of a stone. Avoid. Terrible, terrible service.
Delay after delay, then tried to charge £1060 customs.
Delay after delay, then lied on status of my order.
After placing an order on the 20th April, for approx £63, everything was seeming to go smoothly until my pacel starting to make it's journey towards the UK.
After over a week of no comms, I enquired via customer support on where my parcel was, the tracking wasn't working so i enquired again.
My parcel was 'stuck' in customs, i asked Oppsuits to investigate and got a poor email saying it was up to me to investigate, how wrong they were, as onus on the seller.
After investigating, Oppo stated it would slowly move through the network and be with me soon, even though the tracking stated ''No delivery date'' as of yet. This weekend, i had a letter arrive by post, from Parcel Force, who wanted to charge me custom charges, even though oppsuits state all prices are INCLUSIVE of VAT, of £1060+!!
As you can imagine, i wasn't very happy, so emailed them again, stating my dissapointment in their service. No contct again today, tuesday 9th May, so eventually put in a Paypal claim. after even more back and forth, they've now issued a return for the product, even though i never asked for this, and state it can take a 'few days' to return to my payment means.
Personally i will try to avoid them in future and if you're ever thinking you want something delivered, on-time and a good customer support team, this isn't the place for you.
PS the only way you can contact them is via email, which obviously has it's limitations!
Never got a Mario Suit I ordered on their site.
Had to buy a suit off Amazon after both missing reviews of how sketch it was & no email confirmation or tracking or anything. On their own website, as far as I remember unless it was some fake version w/ "tuxedo-opposuits" something in the url, I never got the suit I ordered from their website prior to buying from Amazon. Absolute waste over over $80. Watch for reviews & email confirmations before buying anything online really.

Disappointed to Say the least …
I ordered a suit from the website on Dec 14th. I am currently stationed in Japan and I figured the shipping would be a little pricey. I know they say on their website that the shipping is not guaranteed but.....
I order on the 14th. The suit cost 99.99. I pay 89.99 for shipping. It was the internations Expedited Shipping. This was the only option they had available.
It is now Jan 22, and I still have not received the suit. The shipping was just about as much as the suit itself. I emailed them as I was just curious if they would at least refund the shipping. Nope, won't happen. Disappointing to say the least. I don't like to leave negative reviews but it's sad that they can accept all this shipping money, and not do anything at all when the item doesn't show up on time. Not even on time... I'm a realist. I understand, COVID, holidays, etc... I expected a delay. But over a month and some change for expedited priced shipping and I still don't have it? Just doesn't seem right. Hopefully this will help other customers in the future.

It's absolutely ridiculous that you can't buy the jacket and pants in different sizes. I had to order two sizes to see which would fit, they run small. I returned the other which they say will take 10 days to get you money back from the return. You also have to pay for shipping. Its been 13 days and I've had to send multiple emails and follow ups just to get a response. They usually just say they have to contact distribution and never follow up. They finally said my return has been 'resolved' but it has not because I never received my money back. They then emailed me that it may take a few more days to receive the money. Just terrible customer service and only having an email to contact is pathetic. Would NOT recommend doing business with them as it has been a nightmare.

Wow, actually impressive! Ordered on December 3, arrived 13 in Italy, nice packaging and PERFECT fit according to the size chart and their suggestions to order the larger. I'm satisfied the best, well finished suit, accurate cut.

Looking at the reviews I was worried about potentially ordering, however I ordered on Saturday and it arrived by USP from the Netherlands to the UK by Thursday. The suit fits well, I went with a size up on the Jacket to be safe and looks much better in person than the photos.

terrible service , i ordered a suit last week and on tracking it is stuck somewhere in Netherlands with the courier unable to contact the company for required paperwork. I have sent messages via the website but received no reply also there is no phone number to speak to anyone. The shipping costs are not cheap either

Ordered a suit and paid for expedited shipping 3-5 days. Two weeks later, the suit had still not arrived. When I asked about the delay, the company rep said "oh it's on it's way". No response when I asked about a refund on the expedited shipping. Frankly they are charging for a service they know they can't deliver which is misleading conduct. The suit finally arrived today and despite supposedly being a UK 38, was completely the incorrect size. I now have a suit that arrived two weeks after I needed it, that doesn't fit and is useless for anything but as rags. Thanks Opposuits for wasting my money. Avoid at all costs.
Bought a suit according to sizing chart…
Bought a suit according to sizing chart and suit is still too small. Had to return and pay shipping for return :(. According to the tracking, OppoSuits received the suit on 10/18/21 at 9:50AM and I have no confirmation email from them on status of refund. I have emailed them with no success. What company doesn't have a phone number for customer service? I'm pretty sure I've been scammed out of $106 plus my shipping return. Sad thing is I just wanted a different size. Would NOT recommend buyng from them ever! I just want my money back!!!!!!!!!! Or send me the suit back and I'll figure something out!
