Your suit probably won't arrive

The suits are ok and fun, but their courier partners are the worst. You'll be lucky if your order arrives.
Over the past few years I have ordered suits seven or eight times for delivery to South Africa, the UK, Germany and France (depending on where I was based at the time). Out of all of those orders, I have two Opposuits to date.

Not sending packages

After 13 days, the order supposedly shipped has not received the mail carrier.
When shared with Opposuits, they mistakenly believe they have 14 days to find the package before sending a refund.
Company is reported to police, EU small claims process and shared as fraudulent internet shop.

Note I have used their products before, these are good for the price, but do NOT buy them from the company directly. Buy them on Amazon or in a costume shop if you want the product.

I place an order for several items on…

I place an order for several items on SUNDAY, I realize that I have selected 2 identical items. I ask IMMEDIATELY (on Sunday) if it is possible to cancel a piece. They reply MONDAY that the goods are ready to be shipped, not even the possibility of replacing it with another model. They say I can return it when it arrives. 30 euro return shipping for a shirt that costs 34. Ridiculous. As far as I'm concerned, I will never buy from them again, because they don't know how to handle problems (even the simplest ones) with customers.

Expedited shipping isn't expedited. Sizes wrong

Ordered a suit and paid for expedited shipping 3-5 days. Two weeks later, the suit had still not arrived. When I asked about the delay, the company rep said "oh it's on it's way". No response when I asked about a refund on the expedited shipping. Frankly they are charging for a service they know they can't deliver which is misleading conduct. The suit finally arrived today and despite supposedly being a UK 38, was completely the incorrect size. I now have a suit that arrived two weeks after I needed it, that doesn't fit and is useless for anything but as rags. Thanks Opposuits for wasting my money. Avoid at all costs.

If Ordering from Outside the USA Beware of Hidden Costs

If ordering from outside the USA beware that there are additional shipping and custom fees that you are not informed of or advised of at anytime during the order process (this information is only hidden in their Support Center or FAQ link). I received a FedEx bill for a total of an additional $56 or 33% off my original total, even though my order confirmation and invoice stated service would be provided by United Parcel Service - Canada Standard.

Awful business, poor customer service

Ordered in the sale, confirmed in stock. Contacted to say it then wasn't. Sale price removed and back in stock. Emailed using the chat transcript anonymously and they confirmed in stock but whenIi gave my order number miraculously out of stock again. All so they didn't have to fulfil a 50% discount.

Awful customer service and bad business.

Great suit

Great suit! Was worried about quality as they class this as a novelty suit but it's fantastic. Delivery was a day late (couriers fault) but apart from this extremely happy. Packaging is fantastic too so would make a great gift.

Awful.

Cheap material, the sizes are all way way off, the customer service is dreadful, I just stopped fighting with them and threw the suit in the garbage. Not a great way to deal with customers.
