Please note, that any accounts that opt-in to Auto Topup will have their subscription renewed automatically each month, and for security purposes you will need to log into your account in order to apply the credit to your mobile phone.

Most complicated system was charged almost £2 for a £10 top up for EE phone for my elderly father .
Email didn’t arrive with pin , (thought it would go straight onto the mobile phone number I requested )
3 days later with no credit added , notice a monthly subscription had been set up with my bank .Reported it to bank .
Contacted company via email who gave a very complicated explanation of how to get the credit, I gave up and wrote my £12 off !! Don’t use

Got eventually there. On trying 150 online a recorded message just says not enough credit to make the call. Need to top up but does not advise how. Waste of digital effort.

didn’t receive the top up so next day emailed in to customer support, gave a few details and had an immediate refund due in a week. The fact it takes a week is a bit annoying but is definitely something. Took less than 24 hours to get refund on route. The other time i used the website the top up came through immediately.

Purchased a topup in December, never received it. They added a processing fee of £1.89 and also did not disclose that by making the purchase they would now take monthly payments. Tried to login once I realised this and apparently they don't have an account that matches my email address. Found a receipt from the company from the Dec purchase and it said you can login in to amend any "auto topups" but nothing to say I signed up for that and only a receipt for my purchase of a £10 top up. Have emailed them and reported the two payments but have yet to hear back. Will report the company further payments are not stopped and pending a full refund.

Just needed to top up my Tesco mobile phone only to realise this company have not taken the money (£10) from my account after 18 hours its still showing as pending meaning I cannot make any calls until the £10 is with them. This is an astonishing amount of time to have to wait for a function that should be instant.

Far from simple. I did find the top up eventually, but only after registering an account and going onto the website. It didn't get added to my phone automatically and it didn't get sent to the phone number as requested.
Even when I found the order on the website 3 days later, the code was not available until I clicked to request it. Seems like this is done so that most people will not go through the effort and they charge for a top up they never purchase/provide.
Avoid!
