I ordered on Monday morning this week 20th July. Order arrived the next day. I was well surprised with the gingham superking duvet as it was quilted too even the pillowcases were quilted. So I have actually just put the duvet cover on the bed and using like a throw as its way too warm for the actual duvet in this weather. Really happy with quality and service

Ordered 3 items from this company the wrong items were sent by OHS refusing to accept their mistake blaming the courier disgusting customer service still not resolved would definitely not order from this company again!

I put in quite a large order for some bedroom furniture. Unfortunately one item was damaged beyond repair which they promptly refunded then when I assembled the chest of drawers I had ordered the quality wasn't great and the drawers would not line up. I thought I might have some trouble returning it but as it turned out its was no trouble at all and they even arranged for collection and the money was back in my account within 3 days. Thanks to there customer services which are very good especially the help from their agent Limeez for arranging the collection and refund.

These are the best, I have four now, and have places for more, and such a reasonable price, great value for money, delivery was quick, and quality really good.

I had an issue where the price of one of my items changed from my basket to when I paid for it, having emailed customer service they were able to cancel my order give me a full refund and I ordered again for the original price I thought I was paying….its the first time I’ve ordered from OHS and I’m really impressed with the quality of the products. 👍👍👍
