I purchased the dry robe in chocolate brown. It arrived very quickly and is a gorgeousproduct. I will be buying more. I love OHS for the excellent quality goods and real bargains

Goods were of acceptable quality. Issue is with the courier " in post "
The last two orders from OHS were left on my door step in full view of passerbuys, and l was in both times but no knock or bell activation. On both occasions l had registered my shed as a safe place which was ignored.
It puts me off repeat orders with OHS if courier does not change or improve

Really good company, very pleased with my purchase and delivery time.
The only gripe I have is the cost of said delivery. I got the outdoor rug for £5, Bargain, but £8 for delivery because I seem to live in Outer Mongolia 😂😂.
I actually live in the Highlands of Scotland, not one of the Islands, Inverness which yes is actually connected to the rest of UK and I know prices have gone up with the Post Office, but it does kinda put you off.
Anyway rant over, as I say they are a good company and there stuff is really good.

Fast delivery and the cover less duvet is absolutely beautiful, we bought a single one earlier for our grandson when he stays and we were so impressed we bought one for our bed

I received a damaged item- no fault of OHS and got in touch with customer services, they were so helpful, especially Mishqa, and a replacement was sent and the damaged item was picked up, fantastic customer service

Bought this duvet cover set for my son. He took it home and put it on his duvet. Seams are not stiched properly so a lot of holes in it on seams. Was cheap but you would expect it to be fit for purpose. Will probably fall to bit in wash. Would not buy quit cover sets again from hear. Other things ie:- plastic picnic bowls, parasol etc have been fine

Not had a chance to use items yet but pleased with the look of the quality for the money

It is so tortuous to try and resolve an issue. Their Customer Service is via Zendesk....a generic service of offside agents. They delivered the wrong item and I am currently on my 3rd attempt to return it. If they actually had real customer service agents this could have easily been sorted. Would avoid in future for this reason.

Laeeqah quickly sent me a redelivery of a lost parcel. Very helpful to me today and friendly.

Ordered two marquees for an event. They sent me tables and a 1 damaged marquee instead. Took so long to resolve the issue, worse company to order from as you can’t call them and have to liaise via email which meant they didn’t fix the issue before my event. I was left with no marquee for my event. Don’t order from them no matter how good the prices look! Dealt with 3 different people not reading previous emails (Faatimah, Justhea, Ntuthu)
They used yodel to pick up items who didn’t bother showing up which meant a further delay in my refund until they finally did arrive (late). Just a difficult company to deal with from start to finish.
