I did not get in touch with anyone

Hugo talked me through the system with
directions, making the somewhat confusing system ,
easy and straight forward to follow. He showed a lot of patience in explaining what was necessary.
I would strongly recommend his assistance to anybody
who has problems navigating the Companies House 'identity registration' system.

I have to say I’m extremely disappointed with the service.
On top of the £50 I would have paid by going directly through the Government/Companies House route, I’ve been charged an additional £33 platform fee and a further £49 for changing the directors. That’s an extra £82 for what is advertised as an "easy to use" service.
Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite. Customer service is virtually non-existent. The live chat says someone will get back to you within 24 hours, and the helpline only allows you to log a call and wait up to 48 hours for a callback.
Considering the additional fees charged, I would have expected a much higher level of support. Instead, I’ve paid significantly more and still can’t get hold of anyone when I need assistance.
Had I gone directly through Companies House, I may have had to wait on hold, but at least I would have been able to speak to someone and get an answer.
With the filing deadline approaching quickly, this lack of support is incredibly frustrating. Overall, this has been a complete waste of time and a very poor customer experience.

They called me back promptly and Sophie was really helpful, resolved my issue very quickly and offered to file the application for me.
Thank you Sophie!

Very misleading trying say legal obligation as they are hmrc. Try charging £96. Says £50 companies house fee's to do what claiming. It's free and takes 2 minutes. Going through businesses on companies house and technically scamming. If was clear its free to do yourself but will do for fee, I'd call it a service. Technically legal but shouldn't be as lying. Especially saying £50 companies house fee to make a company dormant! Even advertising 5 star excellent on trust pilot. Id be interested to know if 5 star reviews are genuine. Loads of 5 and 1's. Very little in-between you'd expect from genuine experiences.

Great and smooth process for when you don’t have a dedicated accountant

The experience was good, although it was a bit tricky to me at first.
