Great shopping process,,fast delivery and good quality sweets

First time using, order delivered next day, very fast delivery. Although after I found they use a well known shopping channel I'd sooner use the One Pound web site, its very well displayed and for my old eye sight its perfect.

I received my order 3 weeks ago with items missing its taken 3 weeks for them to reply and they practically calling me a liar they said they emailed me twice and I didn't respond they haven't I've looked customer service is shocking they are not nice people only way to contact is by email

Delivered quickly but short expiring date. Bought a box of 36 packs Cheetos crunchy cheese and the expiring date is on 2/3/2025 which is less than 2 months. I was expecting longer expiring date for products like this.

I liked the goodies on offer, however my first order didn't contain my 10% off. With the code I added. I emailed the company but they never got back to me.

Delivered quickly and to my door. If yous had had more packets of the sweets I got I would have bought more so I'll be back. A returning customer!

Order arrived quickly. Was disappointed with the sweet peanuts, not shaped like peanuts & no salty taste to them.

Late delivery even tough I paid extra for a better service, no reply to my email enquiry.

Just such a shame they do not take data privacy seriously. Since making the order they’ve been hounding me with marketing every day (luckily I took a screenshot proving that I did not consent to marketing, so they can expect a nice complaint to the ICO).

I shan’t be using again - I cannot stand companies that do not take customer privacy and preferences seriously. No doubt they’re probably selling my details as well.

Purchased some Iron Brew and Highland Toffee chew bars to send to my pals down south as a wee novelty

I bought a lot of the retro sweets and have tried the lemon bonbons and the strawberry ones and the the rosy apples and they are just as I remember back in the day fantastic, can’t wait till I try the rest will deffo be buying again
