This company is a SCAM…don’t get scammed like everyone else did. The shoes are shoes that you buy at the dollar store. If you want to spend 60.00 on a pair of shoes that are worth a dollar, than go ahead. You don’t return them once they are delivered. I hope this company gets shut down. Disgusting animals taking peoples money for garbage.

This business is a major scam. I ordered what I thought,and what was advertised as, black suede leather slip on clogs, just to receive a shoe that was made of paper (uppers, foot bed and sole). Not only were they not leather, they were mashed (delivered by Yun Express), coming apart and have a white stain on the fake leather that would not wipe clean. I attempted to get my money back but as of yet have been unsuccessful and continue to get nothing but run around and a 10% off coupon on my next order. I will never place an order to this scam of a company ever again and suggest no one ever does. I cannot express how unhappy I am with the false advertising, beyond poor product and unethical, illegal practices. STAY AWAY FROM ONCLOUDWALK!!!!!!!!

I was unhappy with the shoes I purchased as they were promoted as shoes to help with bunions so I purchased 2 pairs, sneakers and casual wedges for a total of $81. The shoes did not have any bunion correcting aspect and the shoe box of the sneakers was tight and did not fit like a size 39. The wedge shoes were labeled size 40. I ordered 38. After several communications with OnCloud, they have offered to refund 50% which will save me the time and expense of shipping the shoes back to Vietnam, so I am satisfied with this solution.

The shoes are not accurately sized; flimsy material. The left and right shoes were completely different in size. The worst shoes I have ever seen. Cheap and poorly made. And the worst thing - they won't give you a refund. I wear a perfect size eight. One shoe was like a nine and around the ankle strap was way too big on both shoes. Crap.

If I could give them a -5 I would. The negative reviews are well earned. Their products are cheaply made and not othoropedic as they advertised to be. My experience with them is that they are not interested in customer satisfaction only in getting your money. The basic attitude is if they send you what you ordered and are not satisfied you are SOL. DON'T SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY if you value your money and want product customer satisfaction. Wish I had read the reviews first. As I said have earned the negative reviews. Heed them.

Stay away from this company. I ordered a pair of leather sandals with arch support and I paid for shipping. Received the sandals after 3 weeks!! They were not even in a box, only wrapped in plastic shipping bag. Material is plastic, not leather. there is no arch support, the color is off and fit is terrible.
I contacted the customer service and requested a full refund. They asked for photos of the shipping material and the product that I provided. They did not honor my request for a refund saying that I received the correct size!!
Instead they offered me 20% discount on my next order!!

I must be stupid to order anything from this company again after wasting about $40.

These shoes have ZERO arch support They are absolutely flat; looking very cheap, with big chord stitching. They refuse all returns. Do not buy these for any reason. Super cheap crap. Especially if you have plantar fasciitis and need an arch!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! Do not buy from them at all. They are plastic, cheap and the sizes are not true to size so they will not return for your money back. The customer service refused to send return authorization, stating that they would provide 20% on my next order. I am NEVER going to order from them again. They told me I could gift the items that don't fit me to relatives or donate, but will NOT return my money!

Advertised as orthopedic and leather. Made of plastic and paper-like cloth. Paid $45(on sale) for leather sandals and worth $6 for plastic. The fine print does say faux leather. Returns policy states you may only return for manufacture defect. Sizing chart was used yet shoes a full size too big. I order a pair of sneakers and sandals. They were different sizes in measurement and no way to know the actual sizes as there are no markings indicting the size on the shoe. You can not dispute that they sent the wrong size with no size on the shoe. They refused to send a return address. Disputed with credit card Co. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM CO

The only reason this company is getting 1 star is because the product actually showed up. Seriously DO NOT BUY! I ordered a size 40 and they were huge! I wear a 7.5 -8 in US. The shoes DO NOT RUN TRUE TO SIZE. I contacted the company and they were not helpful at all. The shoes run BIG. There was no need to send photos of shoes. They were too big period. I had high hopes because I've been experiencing terrible foot and leg pain. BUYER BEWARE.

I have to give one star because there isn’t an option for a zero. This is a rip off company, very low quality shoe for a high price. Please don’t waste your money, time and effort. I bought a sandal which doesn’t fit me and they are not processing a refund.

This company is a fraud I order some shoes and they said they were orthopedic and is a lie . They look like shoes you would buy at a dollar store . They make it seem like good shoes but they are worthless . Is not worth it don’t buy it they charged me 45 dollars for this shoes when I could have put 30 dollars more and buy nikes this company is a lie they don’t sell what they show . And they don’t even allow you to return they say they will consider the request this is their way of stealing money they are just some dang thiefs it’s a company from China . The shoes are disgusting. And if they do accept your request they charge you 20 % of it . Don’t buy from them they are thiefs and liars . I wish I read reviews before don’t make the same mistake as me

The shoes took weeks to arrive and were of very poor quality. They were too small even though I ordered my correct size. I asked to exchange them and they put me through a lot of work to document the problem and then refused to exchange or refund. Do not order from this company. They are crooks.

Don't buy anything from this sham of a company. If you need a different size, they refuse to allow exchange. They don't care about customers and treat you badly. It's like they are stealing our money because we are stuck with products that don't work for us. They don't have customer service number and no managers to communicate with. Terrible company, should go out of business immediately. Has made me never want to make online purchases anymore. It's like throwing money away.

Like many other reviews of this company I would give them a minus score if It were available. Their product is completely inferior in material and fit. Don’t waste time communicating with them as they will NEVER refund. I wish I had read reviews before I ordered.

I ordered two pair. It took approximately 5 weeks to get them (from China). When they did arrive, they were of poor workmanship. I could have purchased something like them at the Dollar Store...really. The seam on the back of one of the pairs was already coming out. In addition to that, they were both too small even though I did order the correct size. I emailed the company to request a return and was told that since I ordered the right size, they would not offer a return or exchange. I really didn't want an exchange anyway because of the poor quality. After emailing back a forth a couple of times and trying to resolve the issue, they refused to do anything. I have reported this to my credit card company and asked them to dispute the charge. Even though they said I had no grounds to return the shoes, I shipped them back anyway via USPS to the address on the labels they came in. (I saved the packaging that showed they were shipped from two different places in California). Even though they were California addresses, I could tell the shoes were made in China...at any rate I shipped them back to the addresses that I had. My credit card company is reviewing and I am hoping I don't have to pay for them. Honestly I would rather spend a little more and buy American made products. I feel in the past few years Chinese products are the worst ever. At least in the US you typically get what you pay for and have some recourse if you don't. I hope this helps someone else. I would never order from this company again. Don't confuse this company with Cloud Shoes...they are totally different. OnCloudShoes should be cut off from selling in the US at all...don't be taken like I was! A word to the wise. As for me, $75.00 of my hard earned money is down the drain.

This company is a scam out of China. The products are not as advertised. They are cheap plastic shoes with no support. I disputed the transaction through my bank. I tried cancelling my order but they shipped them anyway; I sent the 3 pair of shoes back to the shipper at my own expense and am waiting for resolution of my claim. My big regret is not researching them before I made a purchase. Do not make the same mistake.

Omg do not buy from them. My shoes had several defects And I asked for a refund. I was told i should gift them to someone and when I persisted that I would not give them to my worst enemy they offered me $4.00 refund! I Even sent pictures and finally took the loss!!!!

Zero stars!! The sandals I received were not as advertised. No way Orthopedic. Can't even wear the shoes. The contour of the shoes are not fitting to human feet. They are like standing on 2 blocks of hard styrofoam. Walking is impossible. I was offered 25% off of another purchase but why would I spend more money. They were shipped in a small bag. The tops feel like cardboard & were creased. Bad purchase. I will be throwing them in garbage. Lesson learned. Read reviews BEFORE purchasing on line. Gives online purchasing a bad taste in my mouth.

The material looks so cheap, not at all what the pictures look like. The sizing is off and they refuse a discount- what a waste- I’ve lost 60 dollars
