Do NOT order from this company! My shoes came with the flowers missing/coming off. They told me to keep the shoes and they would send a replacement. Now why would I want to keep them ?!?! I told them a didn’t want another pair as the quality was obviously poor. They said all they could do was refund 40%. THEY SHIP FROM VIETNAM!!

Horrible! Shoes are ill fitting and seams were coming apart when I took them from the package. Poorly constructed - glued portions coming apart. Customer service has been a joke so far. Since they sent the correct size, they don’t want to do much to rectify the situation. Offered a 15% refund or I pay to ship them back to Vietnam with a warning that “the package may get lost by the carrier” and then I wouldn’t get a refund. Had I realized they were made in Vietnam, I’d never have bought them.

They don’t deserve a single star. One shoe smaller than other, too small ! Their fault. Very poor quality !! Want me to pay the $27.75 (US Postal charges) to return them for a refund. Doubt I would ever see my money and they likely would resell this crap to another unsuspecting individual !!!!!

I was pleased to see these shoes look pretty much like the photo. The upper is a strong bright red as in the photo on Amazon and the woven strapping is soft and comfortable to wear.

PREDATORY COMPANY
IT IS A SCAM. Beware of this company, they only want to grab your money. They are overpriced poorly manufactured cheap shoes. They either fit too large or too small and they do not accept returns. The big "scientific" fit of the shoe is a total lie, do not fall for this! They take around 3 weeks to deliver. By the look and feel of the shoe, most probably manufactured overseas. Packaging is very poor, shoes are squeezed and deformed in a tight plastic wrap. You only have a 5 day window to return defective shoes but you need to send them detailed description and pictures. In other words, they are buying time for the 5 day window to run out. BEWARE OF THIS DECEIVING COMPANY WITH PREDATORY PRACTICES. Can we prepare a class action law suit against this company?

I to am just another statistic of rip off company’s such as this one. Received my shoes that made of cheap plastic that wasn’t true to size. I encourage anyone who has been scammed by this company to report to the FBI at "Internet Crime Complaint Center"
which is the site for online fraud.
This scam company does have a USA office. The company website uses Amazon servers. I am sure the FBI can shut down the USA operations for fraud.
