Never used Onbuy before. The price paid was very good compared to other retailers. As such I was a little sceptical. I needn’t have been. Quality product at exceptional value.

The product from the seller was fine…
The product from the seller was fine albeit that it took quite a while to arrive and the delivery service Evri still did not deliver it to me and left it instead at a random house half a mile away and then marked it off as delivered.

Good process, but not quite the right product delivered
The order and delivery process were fine, but the product delivered was different from the one ordered. As it happened, my wife wasn't too bothered and decided to use the 'wrong' product to avoid the fuss of returning. You should have checked better.
