My fussy dog did not like the Omni pet food or vitamin tablets and I needed to cancel a further upcoming order. I found it very difficult to contact them quickly. There was no answering phone contact after trying several times and I could not cancel an order or stop my subscription online through my logged in account. However, on emailing them, they did resolve my issue. It took more time and effort than I felt was necessary but they were friendly and efficient once the message had got through. More options on the account and ordering page online would improve matters.

Our Cockerpoo has had serious skin allergies since a pup, nothings worked from the vet and has remained on meds and antihistamines for a very long time. I tried changing to various dog foods that make the claim they can stop the scratching but nope! So was very sceptical when I saw Omni but was desperate to try something as my boy was scratching himself red raw! And wow! I cannot believe the change in him. After only 3 weeks on this food his skin is scabs free and he is hardly scratching at all! His fur is soft and shiny rather than dull and almost dusty and seems so much happier in himself.
As I said I was sceptical but nothing else has changed his meds are the same that weren't working and changed to this food so can only assume it's Omni thats helping him.
I will continue to use this for at least the next 4 months and wait to see if he remains a healthy happy dog! Thanks Omni from Archie!!

I’m always trying out vegan products for my pets, and Omni didn’t disappoint. Their wet food toppers, and treats are a fave of my dogs. I’m trying the calming supplements for my hypo pups 🙈

I was very skeptical with regards this dog food and at first my girl wouldn't eat it but now she looks forward to her meals her tummy problems are gone every year we had to deal with upset tummy most of the year now she is perfect. She seems to have more energy and looks brighter also. Really pleased

My pup was very fussy and wouldn’t eat any kind of food but since he’s been on Omni he finishes his meal. The dog hah two small areas of plaque on his teeth and the dental chews worked to get rid of that.

I had a payment taken for a delivery which was being sent of dental pet chews!! I didn’t realise I’d been set up as a subscription. No where near finishing the last 4 bags! I didn’t see any suggestion of a subscription. I asked the company not to send them and not to take the funds.
They responded quickly saying too late they were on the way and i couldn’t return!! I could have another 2 orders at 50% discount! I don’t want this one! I think they are too hard and my dog eats half then leaves it.
I really dislike how many companies set you up for subscriptions without clear knowledge. I would like a refund and the packets will be sealed and untouched so should be allowed to return. Not happy

didn't do what expected, this was my last hope to help my dogs ears and it hasn't shifted the issue at all, completed 3 months with the irritated skin supplements but no changes. Also don’t have the time to book in with a vet. A live chat would be much better.

I've subscribed to Omni for about 6 months with no problem. Today I had to engage with their customer services and was lucky enough to meet Amanda. In a world of big buisness, of self service, signposting and no recourse to a person, it was a delightful surprise to be met by helpful, proactive, kind and humorous worker. Absolute God send. Sorted my order out in minutes when I made an error. I'm sticking with Omni and Amanda.

I was gifted the anti-itch product for me to test with dogs. The youngest of them has seasonal allergies and does tend to scratch after running through grass, the other has moments of itchiness.
I can safely say that this product has been brilliant for both of them, especially the youngest one. Her scratching has most definitely improved and reducing the longer I use the product (or rather the longer she uses it) so I have since bought it twice and will continue to do so. I'm very fussy what I feed my dogs and this product doesn't affect their stomach at all.

Very quick despatch & delivery.
Nice products. I have two dogs, one severely atopic, the other has trouble with constipation.
I use the sensitive adult kibble for both, they seem to like it.
I add a wet topper for both, the atopic dog does like his meat, so he gets it on top of his Omni biscuits. The constipated one has either some meat plus raw veggies, or the lentil & pumpkin hotpot. I also give her a daily Omni anal gland chew. Her bowel movements have improved on this routine. The fruit pocket and peanut butter pocket treats are a huge hit with them both too!

I’ve been using the food for a few months now and it has helped my dog so much, she used to have digestive problems and very runny poos but this has all cleared up and we have empty bowls, I asked several questions before buying and the customer support was just fabulous
I’ve started now on the supplements to help her skin and seems to be working also, I couldn’t be happy, delivery is always quick and good price for high quality products
