Was promised them as a free gift and then I got stemless wine glasses like they do in every single other box… When I called they said they were short on supply that’s why I didn’t get any the next day I get an email still offering them as a free gift! What a slap in the face and terrible marketing

I received an email saying my order is…
I received an email saying my order is arriving tomorrow. I did not place an order. Never received an email about an upcoming order. Apparently a case of wine is coming. No information on what is coming or what it costs. I am not part of your wine club. This is unacceptable.
