Excellent fast service with a quick response to my error of putting the wrong delivery address on a gift. This was rectified immediately even though it was a Sunday. I really appreciated the ease in which I was able to correct this, and relieved I wouldn't have to resend a gift adding additional costs. Very happy with the service.

They breach consumer rights

Awful customer service - damaged fabric received and they won't allow returns and refunds when past their T&Cs 14 day period which is a breach of consumer rights act - Don't shop here. Much better service shopping online at Dalston Mill Fabrics and Pound Fabrics

Consumer rights act 2015 is still valid for circumstances up to 6 years - I think everybody out there buys fabric and stashes it away so be careful out there people - this company does not observe the law

At first my order wasn’t dispatched until I chased it up, then I was sent the incorrect fabric and it took two months to receive the correct fabric. Had to send multiple emails and either got no response or a different excuse each time why the new fabric hadn’t been sent. When it finally did arrive, it still didn’t match the swatch I’d ordered previously but was close enough that I kept it. Great fabrics but won’t be purchasing again.

I purchased a Oliso mini iron it worked fine for just under 12 months then it stopped. I contacted Oh Sew Crafty they paid the postage for me to return the iron. As soon as they received the iron they sent me a new replacement after having the replacement for two months that stopped working too so I contacted oh so crafty again. they again paid for the return postage. Because the original payment was on over 14 months ago, it took a while to process the refund, but I did get in the end my money back.
I must state at this point that it was not Oh So Crafty’s fault it was obviously a design fault by Oliso . Customer service for such a small family run business was exemplary and I would not hesitate to purchase any of there products again.

Fantastic experience with Oh Sew Crafty UK! Great range of fabrics and crafting supplies, fast delivery, and everything arrived exactly as described. Customer service was friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend for anyone into sewing or crafts!

Not impressed, especially with them not answering phone and having to speak via email where they were very Cold. On my 1st order I received an email several days later to say one of the items was actually out of stock. Then when I received the other item I'd ordered it came in 2 pieces although the website says fabric is sent as one piece. No one answered the phone so i had to liaise via email and they are very cold and unhelpful. I actually felt it was my fault they had sent fabric in 2 pieces. They claim to be a small family firm and need business but they need to learn customer services. Look after your customers or they'll go elsewhere.
Note... further to Oh Sew Crafty response below... at no point was I asked if sending the fabric in 2 pieces was acceptable and they did NOT as detailed below send any extra to compensate.

Oh Sew Crafty have an extensive choice of fabrics and haberdashery. I found their service to be friendly and speedy. A wrong item was sent by mistake and they were very quick to respond and correct the matter. Many thanks.

I placed an order for some yarn. They accepted payment and gave a despatch date of 2 days. But I never received it. They do not use a parcel tracking service because, having read the authentic reviews on Trust Pilot, it seems they take your money for out of stock items. So when I emailed them and pointed out that if the item was out of stock and it has not been despatched then they are in breach of contract, it was no surprise that they replied “Unfortunately, the item you ordered has sold out in our shop while we were processing your order”. If this was the case then why didn’t they contact me immediately. I had to chase them when my order didn’t arrive, surely it doesn’t take them a week to process an order. And they should check their stock before giving a despatch date. This practice is a major red flag to me. I’ve been informed that a refund is on its way. Would not recommend.

I was having difficulty identifying the colours of the cottons I wanted on the website. I emailed them asking for help. They got back to me the same day and were incredibly helpful, polite and friendly. With their help I identified and ordered the colours I needed. The prices were very reasonable too.

My package arrived well packed and everything was perfect.

I will definitely use them again and would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family.

Quick delivery and a lovely selection of fabrics sent as off cuts. Cottons , net, fluffy and sparkly fabric to choose from for the different projects that are now underway with me!

I had my order changed 3 times each time being told that what I had ordered was no longer in stock, even after I paid extra after the first cancellation to get a different fabric. A real shame I don’t think I will be using this company again. The changes also took ages to arrive it was a full week after my first order before I was told they had run out. Some serious work need to be done with regard to stock control and website management. Even after my order was changed the “sold out” products still appear on the website as available. The fabric actually arrived today (8th May having been ordered on the 24th April) and was good quality fabric such a shame that the organisation has let you all down.

The wrong material was sent: as it was sent to a relative the error wasn’t spotted until the material had been cut. An apology given but no gesture of goodwill for the error the cost of which has been born by the customer.

Excellent speedy service demonstrating focussed customer care. Truly a great company and I would definitely recommend them!
