Staff are really happy with the new Business coffee machine.

The staff at the Office Coffee Machine Company are very helpful and I would thoroughly recommend them to any organisations looking to introduce coffee machines for staff.

Office Coffee Company have been great from the start. Sophie and Matt were super helpful and made the whole process really easy. They listened to our requirements, made constructive recommendations and delivered everything we needed. The aftercare has been fantastic. And deliveries for supplies arrive very very quickly.
The machine we went for is called The Business and it certainly is! It is very easy to use and has a quick and simple clean function.
I am not a coffee drinker myself, but the feed back I have had from all the staff is very positive and everyone is loving it, especially coming from an office where we have never had a coffee machine in the past.

Matt was so helpful from start to finish and was so quick at responding to my 100s of questions. We initially had a trial of the machine of the mornings in the office which was successful then we decided to place the order. We will definitely be placing more orders for our Sales and Marketing suites in the futures. The machine is so easy to maintain and the drinks taste as a good as anything you would get from Costa or Pret. I couldn't fault the customer service we received. It is so easy to place orders for refills too and they even throw in a bag of sweets!

We've had nothing but excellent service from the Office Coffee Company, from the initial enquiry right through to the installation of our coffee machine and since then as well. We ran out of our coffee supply and within 48 hours we were fully restocked, great service, easy online ordering system, lovely coffee, would definitely recommend!

We have recently had a coffee machine installed from the Office Coffee Company and the whole process has been excellent, the engineer was very informative when he installed the machine and then we have regular check in's from the customer service team to ensure that we are getting on ok with it and happy with the service. A professional company, who talked us through the options and provided good support from day one and continue to do so. Helpful office staff, the installation engineer took the time to embed the new system and guide staff through the machine options, the new coffee solution has proved to be very popular especially the hot chocolate.
