We have been with the Office Coffee Company for some years now. Love their products and service, so much so that we recently upgraded our machine! Could not be happier and the feedback from our members and visitors is amazing! Highly Recommend!

First time working with The Office Coffee Company and I couldn't have been happier with the level of professionalism and great service. Everyone was super helpful throughout the installation process and on hand to answer any queries we had.

I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a nice shinny new machine for their office!

As a company, we have recently signed up to the OCC and honestly we cannot find fault in any process. The team, especially Sophie, have been informative, resourceful and friendly from the beginning.

It took us a while to find a plumber who could come and install the pipes we needed, and at no point did we feel pressure from OCC to 'hurry' and sort this out.

The machine works like a dream, the staff all love it and it is a great addition to the office.

We wanted to upgrade our old Boss machine to a new fresh milk equivalent. Office Coffee really made the process easy. They carried out a site survey firstly, then returned to install and test the machine. They removed the old machine and brought our first supplies along. We now have caffeinated and de-caff options as well as Hot chocolate with real fresh milk. Everyone is very happy

From the initial sales enquiry to delivery, a smooth and efficient process. A responsive after sales service team coupled with a simple online ordering for supplies and quick delivery. The machine offers great value for money and variety of coffee options not to mention fantastic hot chocolate! Feedback from our customers is great.

We recently renewed our contract with Office Coffee Company and they have just been great!

They provided us with a variety of options based on our requirements and then come into the office and carried out tastings for the staff, which went down with the team really well.

Decided our conference room required a coffee machine and the Office Coffee Company have met all our needs! Sales and aftercare have been great; the machine is easy to maintain and refil; re-ordering is a simple and speedy process with next day delivery. I have been highly impressed with Office Coffee. Matt from the start was really helpful and even came to the office and set the test machine up for us to ensure we got the right machine for our office (which we have and the team are very happy!)

Machines are of a good standard and very reliable. Customer service and response to any queries is always swift and professional. Coffee beans are of a high standard and it is great that we now have carbon neutral beans so we're helping to save the rainforest!
