We have been a customer for over seven years and have recently upgraded to a new bean to cup machine following a trial of the machine at our office delivered by Matt. The ethical sourcing of coffee beans is important to us, and we order all our supplies, including biscuits, from the easy to use online shop.

The machine is hugely popular with our staff, and many visitors to our office comment on how nice the coffee is.

On the rare occasion when we've had an issue with the machine (two or three times in over seven years), Sophie has had a technician sent out either on the same day or next working day.

We recently switched companies and purchased a coffee machine from OCC. It was a definite upgrade from our previous machine, and the coffee they supply is also noticeably much better quality.

Their customer service is excellent. The installation went smoothly and we were provided with all the information needed regarding cleaning the machine and ordering supplies (delivery has been quick every time). An engineer popped back in a couple of times over the next few weeks to make sure all settings were fine and adjust anything if needed. They also check in with you regularly via email/phone to make sure everything is alright and help with any questions you might have.

Switching has been a great experience overall, we feel looked after (Sophie has been very helpful and attentive), and our new coffee machine is without a doubt more popular than the old one from the other company we replaced.

Excellent customer service from start to finish, and ongoing!

Very efficient and professional. Always quick at finding solutions to queries and concerns. Customer service is 10/10, with great turnaround times in response to maintenance issues. Recently purchased another machine from OCC, they send someone out for a routine check and service shortly after purchase, and have checked in to see how things are.

Definitely recommend.

From the Sales department, through to Finance, Customer Service and down to the Warehouse department, every single member of staff provide you with an exceptional level of assistance and are all kind and caring people. I have never encountered another business small or large, within my industry at least, who offers the level of support and care to their clients as Office Coffee do, and I hope other companies strive for their level of success in this area. I have done and would happily continue to recommend their services to anyone!

We had a couple of coffee machine companies come to our school to let us sample their machine and coffees, but the thing that attracted us to Office Coffe Co was the knowledge each and every member of the team has, the friendly interaction and just the ease of the machine installation and maintenance!
The new machine in our staff room has really lifted staff wellbeing and saved a lot of money having the coffee shop experience on site!

we have 2 water cooler machines now and our employees all enjoy having fresh, filtered water. Installation of both coolers has been smooth sailing, would highly recommend Office Coffee Company!

With kind emails to make sure everything is okay, the customer support staff consistently go above and beyond. So does our wonderful engineer, who stopped by a few times to check on Doris, our newly called beverage machine, and to make sure we were comfortable filling and cleaning her.

The hot chocolate is definitely like a giant hug in a mug, and the coffee is perfect, with a variety of options! we cannot fill our Doris quickly enough!!
Its a good job the re ordering is nice and easy and the deliveries are swift.

The company i work for has many branches. This review is only for the branch I work for. This branch lease our coffee machine from Office Coffee Company before COVID. Customer service is great. Every time there was a fault, an engineer was sent and everything fixed very quickly. Before COVID, we used to have 100+ people in the office a day. The Coffee Machine got used a lot. It was getting old and needed fixing more often than not. We have been offered a brand new machine for less money. With the new machine, we had a taster day. New machine - new coffee beans. Everybody happy. 5 stars for customer service

I have taken 1 star off for the machine itself. It is not really the company's fault but I have been told by many people ( I personally do not drink coffee) that the powdered milk spoils the overall taste of the coffee. People tend to get black coffee and add fresh milk separately. The new machine also comes with additional options of instant decaf coffee or almond milk. I chose decaf coffee but not many people used it. It is not obvious as this option is not on the main menu page.

We have 3 Coffee Machines in our offices, so large orders never a problem as our coffee order is next day delivery! Always a pleasure.
