Very responsive after initial enquiries, didn’t have to wait long for my appointment. Communication was great, reminders sent, along with a clear outline of documents required, and info I should provide well ahead of our appointment. Once we started the appointment, it was all very straightforward, our advisor was Jordan, he was extremely helpful and explained everything and had a very good knowledge when we asked questions. All proof for review were issued within 24 hours. Currently about to receive the originals for signing. Highly recommend!
