Garbage

Ordered a watch that looked nice but turned up as a cheap watch I could have ordered the same on temu for 5 quid ...it didnt even work and was told to return it but id lose a certain amount of the cost for the restocking fee ...absolute rip off and they dont allow anyone to post pics of the watches they've received...hmm I wonder why ??

This company is an absolute scam. I canceled the order one hour after I bought it. Now they’re telling me they refuse to take it back never received delivery on this watch never even mailed out. This company is an absolute scam. Be careful who you deal with. I would never do business with this company ever in my life, read their return policy carefully… I would avoid this company at all costs.
Be careful read everything - 25% restocking fee plus you have to pay the postage. Yes you have to pay it.
Received the watch yesterday it is absolute tin garbage. Nothing but problem after problem with this company.
DO NOT BUY any watch from here !
I tried to return after exactly less than one hour they told me it had to be 30 minutes-
These are deceitful people you are dealing with. They only post the good reviews not the negative reviews. Don’t believe what you read
So you’re basically losing 50% of what you paid if you don’t like it !
SCAM company ! Filing a claim with the CFPB today ! You should too !

When you contacted us to cancel, the order had already passed the 30-minute cancellation window (which is outlined on our website). At that point, the order was already locked in our system and prepared for shipping, which is why we were unable to cancel it.

Regarding the restocking fee and shipping cost, these terms are also clearly stated in our return policy on our website. We do not hide any information from our customers, and every buyer has access to these details prior to placing an order.

We understand that you are dissatisfied, but we want to assure you and all our customers that we operate fairly and in line with our posted policies. Our goal is to provide transparency and honesty in all transactions, not to deceive or mislead anyone.

Had a slight issue with my watch when it arrived however this was resolved very quickly by Jenny who arranged an immediate replacement without any fuss. Second watch perfect, love it, don’t hesitate to buy their products as they are well worth the price paid and more.

Jenny has always been extremely…

Jenny has always been extremely helpful...Now to be honest, I do not know if "Jenny" is a real person , or an AI generated lady. In either event, she is the best. I have now ordered and recieved 12 watches from Obsyss. As someone who at one time had a watch collection worth close to $75,000 (had to sell) these watches are great. There is still one more I want to purchase but will wait, so that my wife does not take away my credit card. But thank you again.

I purchased a watch from this company…

I purchased a watch from this company not knowing anything about them. Watch arrived in good time well Packed put the watch on immediately and was impressed with the quality and the looks. Unfortunately after just a few days of wearing the watch the. Digital display disappeared from view . Leaving just the hands showing. The watch lost is appeal. So sent a video to the company explaining what had taken place. I soon got a response saying very sorry to hear what had happened. And would a replacement watch be to my satisfaction. I agreed to that suggestion , and a replacement watch was delivered. This one is working fine. Great customer service and support. Phil.

Contacted them but they didn't care.
Don't waste your money on their rubbish watches.

the quality of after-sales service of OBYSS

OBYSS’s after-sales service through Tiffany as much as its products are what is currently best done in online commerce. The video surveillance of my building filmed the scene of the theft of my order by the delivery person. The informed after-sales service of OBYSS quickly, kindly and free of charge offered a second delivery that I accepted. I have rarely been so satisfied with the quality of the after-sales service.
