'Maverick' or Masquerade

06/03/26 -2nd review update after reply from Obyss. The company have offered a replacement which i have no use for as my son no longer wants a watch from their catalogue. I feel perplexed regarding this issue as the watch stopped working and as far as i am aware i am entitled to a refund in full? Obyss just repeat the same narrative regarding a 30 day refund policy but this item has stopped working therefore it is not a return but an item from them that is no longer viable. Very disappointing. 1st review. I purchased the 'Maverick' watch from Obyss in Dec 2025'. Stunning blue, a gift for my sons Xmas. Blue was my dads fave colour so it was related to his passing in Jul 25'. 2nd wk in Feb 26' the hands on the watch stopped working, I contacted the support team at Obyss who politely ask for a video of the watch 'Not Working'?? I sent a video but they say they cannot access it and have said I cannot have a refund only a credit for their website because the watch was bought + 30 days ago (this is the refund policy apparently, regardless the item is not working) My son does not want another one from Obyss. I want to return the watch incl.box, fixing tool etc. Unfortunately this company will not return my money in the same good faith that I bought this gift in. Displeased to say the least as i read the reviews on here before purchasing from them.

However, we truly value your satisfaction and would be more than happy to assist you with a replacement. If your son is not interested in the same model, we can certainly provide options for different items that may better suit his preferences, as mentioned.

Stylish, affordable watches.

My new watch arrived in a lovely box with instructions for use, although the booklet had small writing obviously due to size of booklet. Quite manageable though.
So if you need a new watch with style and class which is affordable then you should check this company out. You may just be surprised.

Outstanding Support and Honest Resolution

I faced an issue with my order from OBSYSS due to a courier mix-up. While the situation was unfortunate, the way it was handled truly reflects the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction.

Throughout the process, Tiffany was professional, empathetic, and extremely responsive. She took the time to understand my situation in detail — I was flying overseas within days, the item was purchased as a gift, and I would be away for several months. Because of these circumstances, accepting a replacement shipment or a store credit was not practical for me.

OBSYSS offered several thoughtful alternatives:
• An immediate replacement shipment
• A full refund via a non-expiring gift card
• And ultimately, a full refund to my original payment method

The full refund was necessary because the original purpose of the purchase could no longer be fulfilled within the required timeframe, and I would not be available to receive or use a replacement or store credit while traveling abroad.

Once this was clearly communicated, OBSYSS handled the situation responsibly and processed the refund without hesitation. The entire interaction was transparent, respectful, and solution-focused.

Mistakes can happen, but strong customer service is shown in how they are resolved. OBSYSS and especially Tiffany handled this with integrity and care. I would confidently recommend them and would gladly shop with them again.

Amazing

I ordered a watch here and it came looking everything it was supposed to unlike some others. The presentation in a box with instructions finished it off. Again unlike others . Amazing.

Watch is not the same quality ad the photo

The picture on the website was nice the watch that i received was thicker on the face,
When i emailed for a return i have to pay extra for shipping or get a 25% discount card so im still loosing money, Jenny has still not replied to my email. Very unhappy with this service and the product that i purchased for £55.00 something i will never wear.

My review has been removed so don't trust the honesty of the listed reviews. They mostly talk about faulty watches being replaced, very strange not about quality etc. My watch the Deros Dusk was junk pure and simple, so my review has been removed. Beware not what they advertise at all.

I purchased a watch as a Christmas…

I purchased a watch as a Christmas present due to no body’s fault the watch had intermittent issue it would run for a while and then stop. I got in touch with OBSYSS with regards to this issue and spoken to a lovely lady called Tiffany who was so professional, responded straight away every time and quickly resolved the matter and had a new watch sent out.

Wonderful customer service

Wonderful customer service. My original watch order was lost in the post. After I notified the company I recieved a quick reply from Jenny and after a further couple of emails while they looked into the matter I was informed a replacement was on its way. Great communications at all times and definitely 5stars for their customers service.

So I bought a watch from obsyss and when I received it was gaining time got in touch and exchanged emails with Tiffany who after asking if I could send video of said watch to understand the proble . Customer service with Tiffany has been amazing. After receiving my package to find NO WATCH inside ( package had been tampered with and watch taken during shipping), I contacted customer service and liaised with Tiffany. She was totally understanding, prompt replies and arranged a replacement watch with a view to ensure this watch would arrive in time for Xmas. At this point in time I can't praise Tiffany enough for her outstanding customer service. The icing on the cake will be if my replacement watch arrives in time for Xmas. 😊

Unfortunately my first 3 watches were damaged in transit so did not get to me and were returned so I had to wait for them to be re shipped,
I have given 3 stars because I cannot fault the customer service!!
Jenny and Tiffany were fantastic.
The watches look ok not as great as I thought they would be and I feel the packaging they come in are very cheap looking boxes that make the watches look cheap so very disappointed in this as they are not cheap watches but feel as though they look better in the pictures,
