Highly recommend

I have many pieces from Oakjuri and absolutely love every one! The quality is unreal and none of them have tarnished. I highly recommend Oakjuri if you want to have nice pieces in your collection but are on a budget. 10/10!

The jewelry is so beautiful

The jewelry is so beautiful! The pieces have become a part of my everyday jewelry that I wear. I haven’t had any tarnishing and they feel heavy (high end). Not flimsy at all. Shipping and packaging was also 10/10. I will forever be shopping at OAKJURI!

I had a great experience!

I had a great experience! After I placed my order, they reached out and sent me videos of my jewelry to make sure they were the correct ones and that they were up to quality standards. I received the products in about 2 weeks which I was very impressed with. All in all it was a great experience.

Couldn’t be happier with my pieces

Truly excellent quality. The pieces arrived exactly as expected, and so far there’s been no tarnishing at all. The packaging was also perfect and thoughtfully done. You can really feel the difference in quality with these pieces, so I love mine!

Horrible customer service

Their pieces are nice but their customer service is horrendous. They market that their WhatsApp is quick but since March 3 I have yet to hear a reply. Their email takes 5 business days average. I tried to get a refund for a bracelet that had a broken clasp and they took two weeks to reply and then asked for a video then another week to reply with “just add a bit of force to move it back”. Do they think I’m stupid for not trying that. Horrible horrible customer service.

Loved these pieces!

Throughout my experience working with…

Throughout my experience working with Oakjuri they have been nothing but responsive, respectful and very accommodating! The customer service is very responsive and makes sure to answer all of your questions and needs. The items I received were all boxed so nicely and in the best condition. I wear my pieces everyday and they are still in such good condition. I would say overall great time working with them and I will be back!

No response if items is broken

I ordered a necklace and it came in broken. When I tried emailing them they asked for a picture of the item, to which I sent. It’s been now 2 weeks and I haven’t heard from them since.

Customer service is phenomenal

Customer service was phenomenal. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size for my bracelet and sent them a message. I got a response very quickly and they were able to change the sizing before my order shipped.

Nervous to purchase, but legit website

I was really nervous to purchase from them, but I just received my order. I got a ring and necklace, and I’m actually pretty happy with my purchase. As I said, I was nervous to purchase because there aren’t a lot of reviews, but they are a legit company. I only wish they updated their return policy (not that I’m going to return anything). The only reason you can return is if the items are damaged. Otherwise pretty happy with this purchase.

This company is shit customer service…

This company is shit customer service sucks . They don’t honor their customers properly they don’t refund items I made a mistake ordered from them for the holidays my items were not delivered I explained I had to give the people i purchased the item money for the holidays. I waited , waited time went by nothing .when I emailed the company they didn’t believe and refused to refund the money months later . They agreed to resend the item was not needed but I was very disappointed and dissatisfied.
