Absolutely incredible customer service

Absolutely incredible customer service. My package (3 sets of earrings) appears to have been stolen from my doorstep after delivery. Even though this was not the company's fault at all, they still offered to replace the items as a one-time courtesy. I was honestly shocked at the kindness of the offer, especially since I'd already had a delivery problem with a previous order. Now I am a customer for life and will definitely be buying more jewelry! I previously ordered a bracelet and the quality is great. Highly highly recommend!

The size of the bracelet was too small and tried to exchange the size, and they said they don’t do any exchanges unless it’s damaged. I didn’t even ask for a refund. I asked for an exchange for the size to be bigger because it was smaller than it appeared

I buyer be warnedhave contacted this company about a…

I have contacted this company about a defective watch they sent me which does not work or keep time. They will not give me a return address to return the defective item. The customer service is horrendous. I have reached out over 10 times all they keep saying it sent us a video. I don’t I’m 73. I don’t know how I never make a video ever. I was going to purchase several other items my bad I should never have ever bought a watch, but the customer service is horrible. I would say they advertises free returns. They are a scam buyer beware.

Scam company

All 5 start previous review have to be fake because they are a scam. They first overcharged my card. Then never sent me a quality check video until I reach out to them which was after they shipped. The quality is trash. (Now where the quality they send to influencers) When I said they are false representing their quality they offer only 80% refund which is illegal

1. Payment amount
We do not overcharge customers. The amount charged is exactly what is shown and confirmed at checkout. No additional or hidden charges were applied to your card. And also we have report that case with the bank, and also we have refund the extra fee from our site first.

2. Quality check video
Quality check videos are automatically shared to your email for every order. Please check spam box for the QC email. Also, the customer service have shared again with u.

3. Product quality
All products are made and shipped according to the same quality standards. We do not send different products to influencers versus paying customers. This claim is incorrect. And the fliter from QC info is too dark that diff with the influencer. Please confirm the quality when you recieved the package.

4. Refund policy
We do not refuse refunds. In cases where an item is not defective but does not meet personal expectations, we offer a free reshippment as a goodwill solution, which is clearly stated in our return policy.

5. False claims
Labeling our business and other customers’ reviews as “fake” or calling the company a “scam” without evidence is inaccurate and misleading. We have fulfilled thousands of orders and continue to provide after-sales support to our customers.
