We understand how important assembly was to you, and we're sorry that your expectations were not met. To clarify, our Premium Delivery service includes delivery to your room of choice, unboxing of your furniture and disposal of the packaging, but it does not include assembly. This is outlined during the checkout process, and we're sorry if there was any misunderstanding regarding the service provided.

We've tried to contact you by telephone and have left a voicemail, as well as sending you an email, as we would really appreciate the opportunity to speak with you personally and discuss what happened. Please do get back to us when you can.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience, as this is never the level of service we aim to provide.

Having reviewed your case, we can confirm that we did receive your email and that our colleague, Curtis, replied on 22 June with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange. We would never intentionally ignore a customer's correspondence, so it appears that our response may not have reached your inbox and may have been filtered into your junk folder. To provide reassurance, we also supplied a screenshot confirming that the email was successfully sent from our side, so we do not know why this was never received by you.

Our Customer Service Manager also attempted to contact you by telephone but was advised that you are unable to communicate by phone and prefer email correspondence. We have fully respected this preference and, since your review was posted, have maintained consistent communication via email.

In an effort to resolve the matter positively, our Customer Service Manager went above and beyond by offering alternative table options, arranging a reduced exchange fee, and providing a goodwill discount on your replacement table, despite it being of a higher value. We are pleased that the exchange was successfully completed on 3 July. A follow-up email was subsequently sent to ensure everything had been resolved to your satisfaction, although we have not yet received a response.

We take great pride in the quality of our customer service, which is reflected in the thousands of positive reviews we have received from customers over the years. While we understand and respect all feedback, we are disappointed that this review remains online and unchanged despite the steps taken to investigate the issue, maintain open communication, and provide an extremely fair and flexible resolution.

Throughout this process, we have acted transparently, honestly, and with the intention of achieving a positive outcome. We remain committed to resolving any concerns raised by our customers and believe we have done so in this instance.

We therefore kindly ask that this review be reconsidered in light of the full circumstances and the resolution that was ultimately achieved, which was mutually agreed upon and reached to your full satisfaction.

We’re genuinely disappointed to receive this review, as it does not reflect the situation accurately or fairly.

You contacted us regarding a drawer damaged by you on a sideboard purchased 2.5 years ago. Unfortunately, we do not carry spare drawers for this range, not because we are unwilling to help, but because drawers are individually cut and fitted to match the exact unit they are made for. This means they cannot be replaced as standalone components.

However, we do carry spare parts for many other items, including doors, handles, bed components, and more. We always assist customers wherever possible, and we take pride in doing so. In this case, the damage occurred long after purchase and was not the result of any manufacturing fault, which limits what we are physically able to provide, especially under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We also offer 6-year extended warranties at the time of sale for situations exactly like this, but no warranty was taken out for this order.

To receive a 1‑star review for an issue caused by accidental damage, on a product that has been in use for over two years, and for which a replacement part simply cannot be manufactured or supplied, feels very harsh, especially given that we always aim to support our customers to the best of our ability.

You will see from the thousands of reviews we have on TrustPilot how consistently we go above and beyond to support our customers wherever possible. It is therefore disappointing to receive a negative review solely because we were unable to assist with a part that, by its nature, cannot be replaced.
