Great service with the representative on the telephone. Delivery was as agreed. The products were really well packed and items delivered to the room of choice. I was hesitant about ordering furniture on line without seeing tye product in person,but was not disappointed.

I received a solid oak wardrobe Rosa…
I received a solid oak wardrobe Rosa and the peace of furniture is of great quality and looks. However the way it was packed didn’t allow for a very heavy wardrobe-110kg to be taken to the first floor without unpacking it on the street which meant that the two delivery guys have put themselves in a dangerous situation rotating it up the stairs. More thorough should be given to the wellbeing of the delivery personnel or anyone who is trying to get this pre-assembled wardrobe up the stairs!

We’ve looked into this but unfortunately cannot locate any order details under the name used on your review. Our lead times vary between products, and the majority of our items are available for delivery within 48 hours. In cases where an item is out of stock, the lead time may be longer; however, we provide complete transparency on both our website and again in the order confirmation email once a purchase is placed. In circumstances where a customer may have missed the lead time, if we are contacted, we would always do what we can to see if there is a way to have stock made available for a quicker delivery.

Very impressed with my first purchase from oak and more. The desk/vanity unit is a really good quality and a very heavy and substantial piece. It was also extremely well packaged and came as a single piece with nothing to put together. Delivery was delayed slightly on the day but I was notified of the changes and despite traffic problems it still arrived within the original time frame

A very straightforward transaction
A very straightforward transaction. The item purchased deserves a 5 star review. However, the delivery process left me puzzled. Such a high fee for a small product made me think the item would be unpacked in situ allowing the purchaser to check item was as advertised. This was not the case which is a concern with online purchasing.

Our delivery charge is a fixed amount, regardless of how big or small the order is. This keeps things fair and consistent for all customers. We do also offer an optional premium delivery service, which includes unpacking and disposal of all packaging. This service is particularly cost‑effective when placing a larger order, but we completely understand why you may have expected unpacking to be included for a smaller item.
We also want to reassure you that we have a very straightforward process for any customer who may have an issue with their item or wish to change their mind for any reason. We’re more than happy for customers to unpack and check their furniture in their own home, without any rush or pressure. If anything isn’t right, we will always resolve it quickly and without any difficulty.

Beautiful furniture, great quality.
I bought some pieces of bedroom furniture from Oak&More online, and when they arrived I was really pleased with the quality, style and appearance of them. They are so well made and solid pieces that will last for years and years. The company were excellent to deal with, communication was great, they kindly held on to the furniture until we’d finished decorating the room and then arranged a convenient delivery date. I would highly recommend this company and I really wish I needed more furniture now, because I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to them.
