Super kings size bed
Am very happy with the standard of the and quality of the build the bed solid strong and very simple to put together and the points that you place the screws are re-enforced with metal threads which just makes it so much stronger and like it says on the box made to last , the delivery was very good the lads very helpful the only pick i have was the waiting time on how long i have to wait for delivery but then happy in the end as worth the wait ,cost to quality no issues worth every penny and ordered the chest of draws and will be ordering other things in the near future to complete the bedroom furniture.

Having reviewed your order, we can see that you paid for our premium delivery service, which includes the item being unpacked and the packaging being taken away, so we completely appreciate your frustration if the furniture was left boxed and the packaging was not removed as expected.
We take great pride in our customer service and, from our investigation so far, it appears this issue stems from the actions of the delivery team. Unfortunately, we were not made aware at the time that the packaging had been left behind, as no contact was made with us following the delivery. Had we been informed, we would have acted immediately to address the situation and provide feedback to the delivery company, and have this service enforced.
We have attempted to contact you numerous times now by phone and have left voicemails, as well as sent emails, as we would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to discuss this with you directly and work towards a satisfactory resolution. Customer feedback is extremely important to us, and we'd very much like the chance to turn this experience into a more positive one.
If you would still like for us to look into the matter and find a suitable resolution, please call us on 020 8338 7610 at your convenience, and we will be more than happy to assist.
I would avoid this company
I would avoid this company. Purchased a bed and a mattress, they sent the wrong sized mattress. Dropped off the correct one a few days later, then the delivery refused to take the wrong one. Then the next collection didn't show up. Then they told me it had been collected, when it hadn't. Then they collected later but refused to take the box. Had to speak to so many customer service reps and explain the issue on repeat. Just a really bad experience. We wanted to buy some more items, but I don't want to order from them again.

As discussed during our previous conversations, the incorrect mattress was supplied due to a warehouse picking error, and as soon as this was identified, we arranged for the correct mattress to be delivered as quickly as possible. Whilst we appreciate the inconvenience this caused, it was certainly not intentional.
We also acknowledge that the collection process was frustrating. Unfortunately, the failed collection and subsequent confusion were caused by issues with our delivery partner. Throughout this, however, we remained in regular contact with you to provide updates and agree a suitable collection date, and we're pleased that the matter was ultimately resolved.
We can see that every conversation you had with us was pleasant and you were very understanding whenever we spoke. The Customer Service Manager has also attempted to contact you, as we genuinely value your feedback and always welcome the opportunity to discuss how we can improve our service.
Whilst we understand your reluctance to place another order, we do hope you'll reconsider in the future. We are extremely proud of the quality of our furniture, and we'd love the opportunity to restore your confidence in us. Given the issues you experienced, we would personally oversee and closely monitor any future order to ensure everything runs smoothly and to minimise the risk of any repeat problems.

We are extremely disappointed to read this feedback, as it does not reflect the facts of your order history with us.
Our records show that only one order has ever been placed with us, on 29th June, with a customer-selected delivery date of 1st July (within the agreed 48 hours). We can also confirm that this delivery date was honoured exactly as agreed, and at no point was the delivery postponed or pushed back.
We are also concerned by the statement that the incorrect colour was sent. The item ordered was the oak/signal white finish, and this is exactly what was supplied. In fact, we do not offer this range in a cream colour. The closest alternative is oak/soft white, which is a different finish entirely and is available from stock for immediate delivery, and not with a 2 week delivery as you have stated.
We have provided evidence confirming that only one order was placed, and paid for, and that the correct item relating to that order was delivered as contracted. From our perspective, we fulfilled the order in accordance with the details selected at the time of purchase and have not identified any error on our part.
Therefore, to receive a 1-star review in these circumstances is completely unfair and unjustified given that the order was delivered on the agreed date and matched the product specification purchased.
We are also disappointed to see that you have chosen to keep this review online, when we have not been at fault for any of this order, in addition to waiving the failed delivery fee of £54 as a goodwill gesture, and having your full refund expedited to ensure a positive outcome for you.
