No update for my order NYXIGAME80807 and poor communication

I placed an order for Hyperion 3 on January 25, 2026, and I have yet to receive any shipping information or confirmation.

Additionally, over the past two months, I have contacted the support center by email three times to request a change to the shipping address, but I have not received any response.

I'm honestly very disappointed.

Not sure if my order is coming…

I’m giving you 3 and I could honestly go down to 2 stars. The reason is because I haven’t received my controller. Now I think that’s because I ordered mine late so I’m on the lower priority end of the scale but still I’ve had no updates as to when it will come. No tracking info, no updates to my order on the website. The website just shows that it is being prepared but I’ve got other orders that show the same thing and I received them months ago so I’m not sure that I can trust that. I’m actually worried that it has been lost in transit somewhere

Terrible costumer service

I bought a product on december 23rd that hasn't arrived. When I got in contact with costumer service, they asked for my info to re-ship the order. Once I send the info, I haven't heard from them (it's been over a week from that last email)

I STILL have not received my products!

This is the third request to review products that I still have not received. When I sent an email to customer service for help I received an email saying they would respond in 1 to 2 business days and have yet to receive any other correspondence. Not even a date of when to expect them.

I ordered 4 random gifts from a xmas promo and got 4 repeated gifts. I did not receive a mystery box or anything like that. Feels like i receives rhe cheapest product just to comply with the order without taking the need to send something really RANDOM.

High-quality gaming gear and excellent support!

I am extremely satisfied with my purchase from NYXI. I ordered the NYXI Wizard 2 TMR Joy-pad Purple Special Edition and the Switch 2 Joy Con Adapter.

The controller is fantastic; the TMR Hall Effect sensors provide incredible precision with no drift, and the mechanical buttons feel very premium. The nostalgic purple design is a perfect tribute to the GameCube. The Joy-Con adapter is also a must-have, as it makes long gaming sessions much more comfortable compared to the standard grip.

Although I was initially worried about the tracking status, the package arrived safely in Málaga, and the customer service team was very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend these products to any Nintendo Switch owner!

Very long delivery time

I ordered my controller on November 24, and received my package 22 days later. I asked for a refund for the express delivery I had ordered, since it was no longer express at all. I'm waiting to see if nyxigame will refund me.

I got a purple warrior controller to…

I got a purple warrior controller to use while playing GameCube wirelessly. It’s a beautiful controller, works great, and connected quickly and easily. Chargers are included for the controller and the receiver, and I thought it was cool to have a short and long charging cable.

I will definitely be buying another to match this one.

I would recommend this controller for any gamer looking to shed some cables, and focus on the gaming. I often felt cable length was a little tight with my GameCube controller. This is a legit upgrade!
