Needed a key for a game that was sold out on a couple other sites. Found it on Pulse, paid with no weird fees or anything, and had the key in my email within like a minute. Activated on Steam no problem. Will definitely check here first next time.

Today I bought it with my card by paying 68 usd for a gift code worth 50 usd from the site. Money was withdrawn from my bank account and they sent me a message saying the transaction was completed. When I went to the orders section, it said the payment was received but declined. The support team told me that I needed to do kyc verification. If there is no kyc verification, why did you take this money from me? A company full of idiots, they say I paid the money and we don't have your money. Definitely do not do any transactions. Your money will be lost and you will be upset.

Wanted to sell clothes on marketplace, Facebook and they wanted me to pay to Pulse Giftcards on my bank account.

I bought 50$ gift card from them cost me 60$ and i am charged which they always deny and say it has been rejected by system we have not received your funds BUT I AM CHARGED! Called my bank for details they said the same thing Pulse Giftcards received the my funds 3 days ago and rejected to give me my purchase! And they do not claim to send refunds until they get written statement by bank? Man i send them screenshot of transaction provision and refference code given by bank to prove they received but they do not accept. I want my money back as soon as possible AND NEVER RECOMMEND YOU TO SHOP FROM THIS FRAUD SITE!

I purchased a $500 CSGOBig gift card and was charged for it but never received the code. I tried to contact support but it went ignored. This site is a scam. DO NOT USE IT.

I purchased a gift card but I was not able to reedem them. It seemed it was an already reedemed card and they refused to help

I have never bought their card, purchase made 116.12 was deducted from my revolut, ive tried to send email, even now no reply, looking at other people with similar problem here show that this company know about this they just dont care to fix the problem.
this was a fraudulent purchase, i was hacked and pulse giftcard are not interested in helping me, they have taken my money for an account I did not open, I have never heard of pulse until today. I'm still waiting for the email reply from Pulse so that I can try to get my money.

They sold me a claimed CD key and when i try to explain my issue they tried to drag things out so that I would get bored, then claimed that as I had discovered the key at (logical if you want to add it to your account) I was not entitled to a refund or another key functional (despite the photos which proved that I did not have the key because it was duplicated well before my purchase) because their refund policy (lol) had decided that....it's just a big scam.

run away and avoid these crooks
