I have been buying Hoya plants from Nursery 2 You for a while now. They have a great selection. I have been super happy with every single one! The best...super happy!!!!

Plants were packaged so well, arrived in perfect condition with instructions and fertiliser as an added bonus. They come bare rooted which I prefer, as I like to use my own soil to pot them up.
Plants were beautiful and healthy with good root systems - I will definitely purchase from them again :)

Cancelled my order with no explanation. Very unprofessional. They could at least explain why. If it has been sold they should take it off the shop.

Received my order, very happy with my plants all very healthy and packed securely, the two starter Hoya's were bigger than I expected and so were the monkey tails Highly recommend nursury2u. Will definitely buy more.😊♥️

Highly recommend they keep in touch when order would be sent the plant were packer so they didn’t get any damage in transit I have recommended to friends and will buy again from them

Ordered 9 plants and got 4 free cuttings (much bigger than I expected). Plants came properly packaged and I got it the day after it was shipped. From QLD to NSW in one day. Love that they included a care sheet and some free CRF pellets. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

I purchased from here several times before, but now that the lockdowns are over I decided to use the "express" service to ensure I was home for delivery. Given the size of the express costs I (apparently wrongly) assumed that meant it would be SENT before their normal Monday shipping day. A week later with no delivery, I emailed to ask for an expected delivery date, with a request for refund for THE EXTRA "express" charge only. I mentioned that while I was disappointed about the time it took I wasn't angry and wasn't looking to cancel.

Today I got the third snarky email in a row, telling me I "wasn't the right customer for them" with a cancellation notice and full refund.

Given they're pretty much the only place that stocks the plants I wanted, they seem to think that's reasonable.

I'm totally confounded. 🤷

I'm also very happy to never buy from such an immature child again.

I've bought multiple times from nursery2u and I've never had an issue. They were extremely helpful and accommodating re Australia Post having ongoing issues which caused lengthy delays and ensured my plants were going to arrive safe and hydrated. Bare rooted plants have ample moss for the roots and plants are are individually wrapped in paper to protect the foliage, sadly many online nurseries are skipping this step, all plants are taped to the box to prevent moving during shipping. Plants are always extremely healthy and of good size. Even their freebie plants are are exceptional. One of my favourite online nurseries to buy from

I have had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Nursery 2 U, especially with Sarah!
I don't know a great deal about plants but wanted to buy one for my partner. I picked a particular one I thought my partner would like & Sarah suggested that I buy one (that was cheaper than the one I picked) bc it wasn't as technical to look after but still an amazing plant that ticked the box of what I wanted.

At every point along the process of ordering, any questions (some likely stupid on my part!) Sarah has graciously given her time & patience with helping me out!

I, without hesitation, suggest that if you want quality plants with outstanding service, you buy from Nursery 2 U!

The owner replied to my honest review and said and I quote “I am a proven competitor” - “ I am a sad person “ - “ I must have mental health issues “ disgusting customer service!!! Shows how small minded & defensive the owner is! Fix your packaging!!!!!!

When I purchased my first Caladium here, I was amazed by its beauty and the way how it was packed, protected and prepared just to be put in a planter. Caladiums are very delicated and fragile plants, and my baby arrived fresh and ready to flourish. So, I did not hesitate to order another two beauties and couldn't be happier when they arrived. Thank you, Nursery 2u for your outstanding passion and dedication to the plants and customers.

Nursery2u is a very thoughtful, caring online plant shop which (unlike some others) is generous with advice on how to keep plants happy and thriving.
- The plants are a good size.
- They do not skimp on tips, which is much appreciated. (I certainly do not mind reading all useful materials.)
- The free sachet of slow release fertilizer was a nice surprise.
- The interstate delivery was quick and trouble free, with not a leaf lost during transit due to good packaging.

Absoluetly the best online plant retailer! The plants are of decent size and packaged well with printed care tips included in the box. They throw in mystery bonus plants which are a delight to unbox with your order! The app is very easy to use and makes shopping for them too fun and easy!
