Not local, poor customer service

This is NOT the Lili's Flower Shop that is physically located in Eagle Pass Texas. They are using a deceptively similar name, and are based in North Carolina. They claim to have a "local florist partner" in Eagle Pass but could not say who that actually is. Flowers ordered a week before mother's day never arrived, and I'm still awaiting confirmation of my refund 2 days later.

I’m really disappointed with my order…

I’m really disappointed with my order from Lily’s Florist. I paid for a bouquet that looked full and beautifully arranged online, but what arrived for my Mum’s birthday was much smaller and had different flowers.

Highly Recommend

We originally placed our order with Lily’s Florist back in April, but due to some personal circumstances, we had to postpone it for several months. The team was incredibly kind and accommodating, making the whole process effortless. Communication was clear, simple, and efficient throughout, which made rescheduling a breeze.

When the flowers finally arrived, they looked absolutely stunning — fresh, vibrant, and beautifully arranged. It was clear that great care and attention went into preparing them. I couldn’t be happier with the service and the quality of the flowers. I would highly recommend Lily’s Florist to anyone looking for beautiful blooms and exceptional customer service!

Try somewhere else

I should have read these reviews first! I wasn't paying attention and assumed by the name that it was a local florist in Michigan. I ordered the deluxe bouquet for a n elopement . While the bride was happy, I was disappointed. There were only 4 roses and lots of filler baby's breath. It was a bestseller: In Style. I don't recommend.

Better off calling a local florist!!

I’ll make this short!

Paid $114 for a beautiful arrangement that was supposed to have a large bouquet of flowers with roses.

What I got was 12 thin wilting flowers, no roses, the most bare bottom set up, nowhere near what I wanted or they offered.

They reached out after I emailed them.

End result
“Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your recent request for a refund. We’ve carefully reviewed your situation, and after thoroughly considering all relevant details, we regret to inform you that we are unable to approve a refund at this time.

We understand that this may be disappointing, and we want to assure you that this decision was made based on our terms and conditions. At Lily's Florist we are committed to delivering your important occasion on time and as fresh and beautiful as possible. Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the look of the arrangement and stay as closely as possible to the color scheme as well. We will do our very best to substitute a vase equal to, or greater in value to the one we're replacing if needed. “

If that was an “upgraded” arrangement then they aren’t worth the money.

I placed an order for $140 worth of flowers, but they were never delivered, even though I received an email confirmation stating they had been.

I made several attempts to resolve this by speaking with 10 different customer service representatives. Each time, I was assured that the florist was being contacted. Eventually, I received a call back from Bonnie at (910) 660-3430, who informed me that she was unable to reach FloraLily in Durham.

Out of frustration, I decided to contact FloraLily in Durham myself and had no trouble getting someone to answer. However, I was then told that my order would only be $70 worth of flowers, as that was all they were paid.

I am extremely disappointed...

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Lily’s Florist advertises same-day delivery, but despite multiple assurances, they were unable to deliver flowers at all—even after four days.

Throughout the process, I was given conflicting and inaccurate updates. I was told the hospital had confirmed my recipient’s discharge when, in fact, she was still there and scheduled for a medical procedure. The driver never called about her by name, which caused further confusion. Each day I was promised delivery "tomorrow," and yet it never happened.

This failure was more than an inconvenience. The flowers were meant to brighten the day of a very sick woman who is alone, scared, and depressed in the hospital. Instead, she was left disappointed and waiting, and I was left frustrated and disheartened.

To their credit, they did issue a refund, but that does not make up for the false advertising and the poor customer experience. If you need flowers actually delivered, I recommend looking elsewhere.

My husband surprised me with a beautiful bouquet with a sweet note for our anniversary. The flowers were gorgeous and beautifully arranged. Somehow the flowers lasted over 2 weeks, which was wonderful 😆❤️ Delivery was smooth. Highly recommend!

I Absolutely Recommend Lily's Florist

just had to share my absolutely wonderful experience with my recent flower order! From the moment I placed the order, the process was seamless and effortless. I was blown away by the incredible quality and beauty of the arrangement when it arrived. The flowers were so fresh, vibrant, and arranged with such care—they were even more stunning than the pictures online.
The delivery was prompt and the bouquet arrived in perfect condition, which truly made the occasion special. It's clear that this company takes immense pride in their work and goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I'll definitely be ordering all my future floral needs from here, and I can't recommend them enough!

The staff were easy to deal with and very helpful

Websites need pictures of the flower arrangements with prices or each specific size, that matches the price, I found it a little confusing but I worked it out in the end. I ordered the dare to wish bouquet in the standard size, I thought the price was very reasonable for what I got to a friend in Hickory for her birthday which arrived on time and it was lovely.

Awful experience!!!

Ordered flowers for a friends birthday. Spent $90 total, spent an extra $30 upgrading to 'premium' and added birthday balloons. When they arrived a small pot of old looking flowers (about 10 of them) were left outside with no balloon. I wish I could add a picture here because it was terrible. It was about a third of the basic flowers picture on their website, forgetting the premium add on. Contacted the florist (that takes days to come back each time you send a message) who agreed it was bad and asked if they could send more flowers to make up for it which i agreed. Then ignored me for another 3 days and sent an email saying they were sending me a $20 refund and that was all, no other flowers or anything. Then ignored other messages. I paid $90 for flowers that would have been awful from a gas station at 3am. Please do not use these people! Use anyone else.

This Company Cares About Profits, Not You

I strongly recommend avoiding this vendor. Their business plan appears to revolve around high spending on advertising to top Google searches, followed by cheap product choices and poor flower substitutions designed to maximize corporate profits.

I ordered a mid-range ($90) flower arrangement for Mother's Day. The flower arrangement that was received was clearly inferior & different to what was advertised. The website picture showed 90% flowers with very little greenery, but the received arrangement was >50% greenery. Additionally, almost every pictured flower was substituted for smaller versions, and the variety was reduced.

When I contacted customer service, they gave me a generic response citing their "right to substitute for equivalent value" and offered no refunds. Trust me when I say that the value was absolutely not equivalent. Do not be fooled by them like I was.

Had to do at least 1start.

Had to do at least 1start.. horrendous arrangement, arrived late & after 3 tries of calling to ask to speak with someone I could only get email replies. It's like they know they shouldn't actually talk to you. Filed a claim w PayPal & out of $70 they only want to refund 25!
SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS & order from ANYONE else

What you see is NOT what you get. At all!

I used this florist twice and BOTH times have been greatly disappointed. I gave them the benefit of the doubt after the first time and the same thing happened again. What I ordered online was NOT what was delivered. I recognize that substitutions need to be made sometimes, but half of the flowers were missing, and it did not look like what I ordered. There wasn't even a ribbon on the vase. Clearly zero time, thought or attention was put into it. The only reason there are 2 stars is because the delivery was quick. However, the disappointing arrangement embarrassed me as the giver. I will not use this company again.

Awful customer experience. Do not recommend. 👎

I ordered Mother's Day flowers in advance and then they send me a refund with no explanation on Mother's Day. I assume they couldn't handle the volume and just started cancelling orders.
