This is an outstanding nursery
This is an outstanding nursery, but it does need to get its customer service right. Today I sent an Order Form via email for a total of circa 70 plants, to be told "go and look yourself at the nursery". Then I wrote back and enquired as to whether they accept orders as per their website info indicated, and I was told "yes all the information is on the website". Naturally, given I had attached my Order Form in my initial email, I had already been to their website. Not at any stage in 4 emails exchanged RE my order today, was there any indication from the Bungalook nursery staff of the processing of my order. I then called Knox native nursery, and they instantly told me "we have 200 of that plant, so yes we can accommodate you, pls come to the nursery with your order form and deposit". The Knox native nursery also explained how they go about their orders. I'm afraid that Bungalook should take down their Order section if it's not willing to take orders. I went for a "try" today so I can see how this order went for more project orders in the future, and Bungalook basically did not acknowledge my order, sending me on a run-around to "go in yourself" and "look at the website'. When I've gone in with my lists, where I purchased lots of plants, it was a nightmare. Staff cannot direct you to where the plants are without needing to refer it to others etc. I understand you are volunteers, and I've done long tern volunteering myself. This does not mean that you should not aim higher in the way you are currently delivering the service. The way you operate on this front does not allow me to buy for bulk orders to complete garden and school projects.
