Sent my order out with the wrong reg
Sent my order out with the wrong reg, sent them an email and they got some sent out again fast, but the reg was wrong again. Sent new ones out for a third time and they while the reg was right, they come as show plates and not road legal, now struggling to get a refund.

5 day delivery not next day.
I purchased as per their name, next day. My plate came 5 days later. I had to cancel mot and use public transport. They ignore emails. I have proof that they didn't send Until 4 days after payment. I'd strongly recommend using another company for your number plates.

Not sure why so many people are giving negative reviews. I personally found it quite straight forward.
I ordered some plates after business hours on Friday, sent my docs over the weekend, got an email 9am Monday morning stating they had received them, by midday I had a dispatch email with tracking number. If anybody was letting the side down it was Royal Mail. They did unfortunately take 2 days to deliver.

Should be called Number Plates One Day!
Ordered a set of plates as this company offered guaranteed next day delivery and this is something I needed. No sign of the plates the next day so I had to go to Halfords and get them printed instead. The plates arrived two days later.
Communication has been non existent with customer services, having sent them two emails requesting a refund, I still haven't had a reply. I don't normally leave poor reviews but this company deserve it.

I have replied to your email directly, but just to clarify here — your order was dispatched on time with Royal Mail Tracked 24. While the aim is next working day, Royal Mail do state it can take up to 2 working days, and in your case it was delivered within that timeframe.
We understand the urgency and do our best to meet expectations, but delivery delays are unfortunately out of our hands once an item has been dispatched.
