Ordered the plates at 10am Friday
Ordered the plates at 10am Friday, expecting Saturday delivery. Especially as postage was not included and stated 24hour tracked.
Didn’t arrive Monday and now not arrived Tuesday.
I checked Royal Mail tracking and it still states they are waiting on the parcel to reach them. Seems like they print the label to create the tracking, then don’t send them till days later. Asked for a refund as ordered elsewhere now with next day delivery. Would advise to stay away and order elsewhere with some sort of service so you can actually get what you pay for. Company seem to blame Royal Mail a lot when in this case they didn’t send it!

Great service and price, delay due to courier
Ordered on a Sunday and received on a Thursday despite sending documents immediately. I understand this delay is due to the courier not the company, I believe they dispatched it on the Monday. But I’m writing this review so they are aware and can possibly use an alternative courier.

Excellent service, website is easy to navigate, it was a simple process to get my plates designed how i wanted, and arrived next day. My last plates with a different company took over a week for them to process, these came next day. Definitely recommend

Damaged and bad quality
Unfortunately my number plates arrived damaged and the quality was really bad. The background edging was not even to shape of the plates and was over hanging all around! A letter was also not secured down. (4D gel plates)

Easy transaction, slow delivery
Easy transaction and good email communication regarding my order, but delivery was longer than I anticipated having paid for 24hr tracked. I ordered plates on Sunday and they were delivered on Wednesday. I appreciate perhaps outside of the sellers control, but given several other reviews also highlight this issue, perhaps time to explore alternative courier options.

I ordered my plates they arrived in record time but was wrong they had not put the boarder on, I emailed and they replied apologised and said would send them out again which they did at no extra cost and came next day
