You haven't done anything.
You promised to pay out within a week and it's been 10 days and all I've had is another email.

I am currently trying to draw down my small pot of money. I am 54 years old and have not been able to work for 2 years, and will not be able to work in the future. The form has been signed by my GP and includes comments about my health, but my GP accidentally ticked 2 boxes instead of one. One box for currently unable to work, and a second box for unable to work in the future. Now, pensions are saying that I have to go through the whole process of getting the GP to fill in the form again, just because he has ticked both boxes. Anyone can see the intent of the GP and what it is trying to convey.
As a reply to the reply that Now have left for my review I would like to say that the reply is pathetic and that this shows a whole culture of being unhelpful within the NOW pensions company

phoned up with a query and staff were very efficient and helpful. Said my money would be in the bank shortly and it was in within 3 working days. Answered questions I needed asking.

I recently cashed in four pensions. All very easy, helpful staff, and over the pone. I was impressed with how easy this was as I was worried that it would be complicated. I then rang NOW Pensions. The lady on the phone was rude. She would not help me. I was told that I needed an on line account to log in which I don't have. I tired to explain that this was beyond my skill set as a pensioner, and still she refused to help me.
After ringing again to complain it was agreed that the forms would be sent by post, not email, which I could have managed. I posted the forms back, paying the postage, to address given, and it was returned as not known at this address. I complained to NOW and asked again for my money. They did not uphold my complaint and think that they provided good customer service. AND they still have my money.
I would like to warn other people like myself that struggle to manage on line accounts that this company is unhelpful, their staff rude, their systems long and complicated and that they want to hold on to your pension which legally belongs to you and not part with it....I call this theft. Just to add they still have my money and I have been now trying for over six months to get it. My advice would be to remove your money asap because if you can actually get them to apart with it ....it could take years.

Well, your system eould not recognise my bank details, you already had my I D prior to the request to take pension discussion. Your email system is awkward. My payment still has not arrived in my bank account nearly 3 weeks after your confirmation of payment bring made. So, overall pretty dire. When will I receive my money?

Reply from now:pensions
I found the website not helpful and I'm still waiting for my money from Now pensions.
The staff I spoke to were very pleasant however and it is not their personal responsiblity to ensure I do receive my money, I have the feeling that it is the company's lack of organisiation and inefficiency that is the overall problem.
Therefore I cannot recommend Now pensions in any shape or form.
