A truly amazing experience shopping here. They replied so fast to every email and were completely on top of everything. They sent us so many updates and were incredibly quick with their communication. Literally one of, if not the best customer experience I have had. Could not recommend them highly enough and honestly have been recommending them outside of this review.

Fabulous service, ring arrived a little over 3 weeks from ordering. It’s stunning, the sparkle is amazing and I’m overjoyed with it. It was a bought as a dress ring for my right hand by my very lovely hubby. When Novita email to say it’s ready to ship, you do need to confirm you’re ready to receive it, it’s a great way of ensuring the delivery address is right and that you’re able to sign for it on delivery. The light up box is a lovely little touch. I did a lot of online research looking at various rings but I kept being drawn back to Novita as the ring itself is 18ct yellow gold with the diamonds set in platinum rather than white gold. All in all, a fantastic service and I would thoroughly recommend Novita Diamonds.

Excellent customer service and quality product.

Love my lab diamond stud earrings from Novita. Still sparkling as new and honestly can’t tell the difference from my previous diamond studs. They also have a spring clasp ‘butterfly’ for extra security against them falling out.

Aly was amazing, she helped me choose my diamond earrings (both pairs) and my diamond necklace. I will be going back for my wedding band. My diamonds and flawless, and her service was fantastic. Novita are also reasonably priced compared to places like the diamond shop who can charge 3 - 5x as much for the same diamond.
I would buy more, if my credit card allowed it.

Went to purchase my fiancé’s engagement ring 2 years ago and had exceptional service from the initial consultation all the way up to the collection of the ring and also free unlimited cleaning.

Returned 2 years later in 2025 in preparation for the wedding and Sanya was once again able to assist and make sure we picked the perfect rings for the big day.

We have been happy customers of Novita since 2022. My husband really enjoyed the process of designing my dream engagement ring with Novita. We have since purchased my wedding ring & eternity ring from them, I absolutely love my complete set & have received plenty of compliments. Having the option to engrave my pieces was a special touch that made my pieces feel even more unique to me.

The team have always been so helpful and I really enjoyed my time in the store during appointments. Each time I went in for an appointment, I was always given incredible customer service & not once did I feel rushed or pressured. I had all my questions answered either in person or over email when making a purchase.
