Recently I lost the backing to one of my earrings, I got in touch with Toby who very promptly helped me out and I had a replacement to me within a matter of days! I got my engagement and wedding rings from here and the team were amazing, from picking my diamond to the setting and then bringing in the exact diamond and letting me have a look at it in person before setting it was amazing!

It’s been six months when I first visited Novita Diamonds - Brisbane and it was Ludwing who welcomed and accommodated me on choosing the perfect engagement ring for my partner.

I came to the store with only a limited knowledge of engagement rings and their sales consultant Ludwing was very helpful with sharing his expertise and knowledge based on my needs. He thoroughly explained each type of diamond and its differences to one another.

After the intricate explanation of Ludwing, I have the chosen the perfect engagement ring that suits the personality of my partner to which I proposed on my birthday last year and with the Brisbane River and Story Bridge as our perfect background.

The moment she had the glance of the engagement ring, her eyes just sparkled and the smile of her beauty radiate elegance just like the diamond ring.

And now, we’re getting married this 25th of May and this wouldn’t happen without the help of Novita Diamonds.

Huge shout out as well to Marianela for assisting me during the pick up. She was really nice and even asked how I am gonna do the proposal and when would it happen. This just shows that Novita Diamonds cares about their client and wanted to be part of their momentous celebration.

I loved designing my dream ring with my partner. Being able to try the different diamond sizes, cuts and settings really helped me to customise my ring to be everything I’d hoped it would be. I couldn’t be happier with final product.

First of off the lab diamonds they have are stunning and the associates are very knowledgeable and honest and helpful. I booked an appointment for and engagement ring in November and mirabel from Adelaide helped me customised my desired lab diamond and ring and had it made and delivered in 3 weeks time. It was the best and the most stunning engagement ring and of course “she said yes” a day after I collected and and proposed. Everyone said the same thing the ring is stunning!!! Thanks no it’s diamonds!!!

Excellent 1st experience using Novita Diamonds for our daughter's 30th birthday gift. We ordered on the Monday evening, received the item via tracked delivery on the Wednesday morning, I received multiple email updates, the item was checked before being issued and I was requested to notify them when the pendant arrived. Could not speak highly enough of their service and the pendant itself was well crafted and beautiful - would highly recommend.

From the privacy, safety and comfort of their offices on the 6th floor of EQ in KL, Ken Yee, the very helpful sales advisor in Novita Diamonds helped me find the perfect diamond for my ring.

She was not pushy or aggressive. Instead she was patient, informative and really took her time to make sure I found what I needed. She explained and showed me all the different shapes and cut of various diamonds. She helped me figure out the best setting for my ring.

In essence, find Ken Yee. She’s great!

As for the selection of diamonds, I would say it’s wide and comprehensive. They have various ready made designs for rings, bracelets, earrings, necklaces and many more. But I decided to go with a custom setting.

It didn’t take long for me to get it. I picked it up in less than 2 weeks.

And my oh my, what a beauty! I was so mesmerised by the brilliance and shine of my diamond. And did I mention it’s huge? It’s huge!

After I picked it up the rest of my day was basically gone. I spent the whole day (and night) staring at it. Putting the ring on and off my finger, standing under every source of light I could find. I must have slept a total of one hour that night.

But one hour of sleep was all I needed, because I didn’t have to dream anymore. I am living the dream I had as a young girl now and it’s all thanks to Novita Diamonds.

I had a wonderful experience at the Novita Diamonds in Auckland. I was very specific with what I wanted but Lorie always answered all of my questions and reassured me with a friendly and warm attitude. I was never pressured to purchase anything I didn't want and she is knowledgeable in helping me find the styles that suit me. I will definitely consider Novita Diamonds again for my future jewellery purchase!
